The room was really beautiful, spacious, and clean! The door to our bathroom didn’t close properly, however.

The grounds are immaculate and the landscaping is beautiful.

The service was very hit or miss. For the most part, servers and bartenders were hard to place orders with and had bad attitudes. One night, the lock mechanism on our door ran out of battery and we were locked out for about 15 minutes and had to call for help twice. The service at the spa, valet, and check-in desk were all very good though.

The food was horrible. I got food poisoning on my second night which made me lose an entire day and a half of vacation. My fiancĂŠ rarely finished his meals due to the poor quality and taste.

The resort itself is small without a lot to do that isn’t an additional charge. That’s pretty standard for a resort, but worth nothing.

Overall, the stay was just okay. I wouldn’t go back.

The garden bungalow was beautiful. The upkeep of the property is very beautiful. The drinks was made every time perfect. The food was great BUT be aware of food allergies because none of the waiters cared and kept bringing my food with the item I’m allergic to. Not once in a 3 night stay on a mini moon did my wife and I hear good morning or good evening or congratulations on your wedding n minimoon. Instead we heard employees arguing with each other local contractors walking around also keep in mind no beach area to chill the water is dock water not great to swim. If I would know this information I would fly 2 hours to Cancun from Miami. Beautiful property not great for swimming staff not so great. Stay 2/21/25-3/24/25. OVERLY PRICED AND YOU GET HORRIBLE SERVICE DURING DINING THAT STAFF IS STARING AT YOU SO MUCH THAT MANAGEMENT NEEDED TO GET INVOLVED. Never again. I’ll keep flying

We just got back from a great trip. Check-in and valet was easy. They take you to your bungalow in a cute golf cart- I felt like I was entering Fantasy Island (the 1970/80 tv show- not the reality show!). The bungalow is perfect- large bed, sofa, nice shower area, and your private outside area with table and chairs, sofa, shower, and tub- all behind a private fence. The food was fantastic!! The best I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. We ate at B&B (perfection), Fish Tales (amazing both times), and Sea Senor (great food but the margaritas are lacking). Hemingway Bar has amazing sunset views and good drinks. We did the Everglades excursion (I would recommend it) and the captains choice sunset sail (it was fine). The main pool and zen pool are great. There isn’t a beach, which I didn’t know beforehand, but plenty of chairs (in the sand) and pool areas to sit. My only thumbs down is that it doesn’t include tipping. You are presented with a zero bill to add a tip. Not a big deal, but we found that they would say it’s a shift change so you need to close out then when my husband goes back for another cocktail, that bill would have all of the previous items so he tipped again on those items that I already tipped on. So- make sure the other person in your tab knows if you close out! We usually did $2 per drink and a little more if we had lunch at the pool/bar area. It was very $$$$ for 4 nights but a wonderful stay.

This is hands down the worst all-inclusive resort I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. The photos online are complete lies—there is NO beach. The food is absolutely disgusting and made both of us sick. Calling it “horrific” would be an understatement.

Within five minutes of checking in, a staff member unlocked our door and walked right in like it was nothing—claiming she was checking on our “turn-down service.” It was beyond unsettling, and we had to barricade the door with a chair just to feel somewhat safe while we slept.

Management? A complete joke. Useless, dismissive, and clearly not interested in running a decent resort.

If you’re even considering this place, don’t. Save your money, your health, and your sanity. Read the negative reviews—they are 100% accurate. This place is a scam and should be shut down immediately.

This resort is totally lovely. The grounds are beautiful, staff members are warm and friendly and the bungalows are so cute. It's a cute little resort for a long weekend getaway. Food options are a little limited, but it's fine for a small all inclusive. The bars are terrific and the bartenders are outstanding.

Upon arrival the staff that greeted us read the "welcome speech" so fast that we were only able to catch a few words before we were handed our welcome drinks and whisked off in the golf cart on our tour of the grounds. The property is breathtaking. It is as if you are transported to another world once you are on the other side of the gates. The bungalows are adorable and the bikes are a special touch. Everything is within walking distance yet you feel that you have total privacy. The number of schedules, reservations, and handouts give it a bit of a summer camp feel. The only place to get food or even a snack without a reservation is the bar. Guests are not allowed to "carry out" food back to the room unless you order room service that includes a $20.00 delivery charge. a 22% service charge, a 7.5% sales tax, the cost of the food (not included in the all-inclusive price of the resort), and the tip. The spa is the epitope of tranquility however, you only get the privilege of enjoying the Eucalyptus Steam Room and the Himalayan Salt Treatment Room if you purchase a spa treatment and only on the day of the treatment. The private tub in the bungalow was nice but after the first day it was never touched by maid service so it was filled with leaves and bird feces so we were not able to use it. Overall, it was a very quiet resort with very little to do. The food was very good. The service at the restaurants was good/excellent. The drinks were nice but the resort is WAY overpriced for an all-inclusive with such limited restaurants and amenities!

Avoid this place at all costs. From the moment you check in to the moment you finally escape, it’s an absolute nightmare. If I could give it zero stars, I would—one star is generous. The service is atrocious, especially from management. Cynthia, the so-called manager, is a joke. She’s rude, incompetent, and clearly has no idea how to run a resort. Honestly, she should consider a new career—one that doesn’t involve dealing with people.

The beds? Absolutely horrendous. You’d be better off sleeping on a pile of rocks. If you stay here, I highly recommend booking a daily massage just to recover from the back pain.

Privacy and security? Nonexistent. The staff apparently think it’s perfectly normal to barge into locked rooms unannounced, even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is up. They walked in on us during an extremely private moment and didn’t even have the decency to apologize.

The only good part of my stay? Leaving. Driving through that exit was the best moment of the entire trip, knowing I’d never have to set foot in this disaster of a “luxury resort” again. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

We just got back from an excellent 5 days at Bungalows.||My complaints—||1. We paid for early check in and late check out. We arrived at 1:15 and our room wasn’t ready until 3:30 (only 30 minutes before normal check in hours), which seemed like a waste of our $300 early check in charge. Also, it doesn’t make sense to me still because you have to be out of the bungalows at 11:00….so I’m not sure how it took over 4 hours to have our room ready. Even for late check out, you can stay on property until 3:00 (instead of 11:00), but you lose bungalow access at 11:00.|2. While I’m okay with the tipping, it was annoying to be handed a bill at the end of every meal and it sit and wait for a bill to come for poolside service when we were ready to leave. It felt less relaxing this way.|3. The beach (or lack thereof). The property is gorgeous but there is no real space for taking beach walks…and no where to walk alongside the water, as the property is rocky at the water’s edge.||My loves—||1. Bungalows are SO CUTE! Plenty of space, loved the luxurious set up and couldn’t love the private outdoor space more. Really enjoyed having my morning coffee in peace and quiet.||2. Food. Such big servings and delicious flavors!! We never went hungry. Sea Senor and B&B were our favorites. Shout out to: Natalia, Ben, Nevada and Marcella—all excellent staff at the restaurants!! ||3. Drinks. Plentiful and STRONG! Loved trying lots of new things and the pool staff kept the drinks flowing each day!||4. Music. Loved the live music each day. Made for a wonderful poolside vibe.||5. Water activities. Lots of activities free of charge!! The water was gorgeous and clear and the pools were immaculate.||Our best vacation ever? No. Would I go back in a heartbeat? Yes. We did really enjoy our time here!!
