As it states, it is a bunk house, and not a hotel. Bed was comfortable, a mini-fridge in the room is provided, and the shared bathroom between two clean rooms was comfortable with ample hot water on the shower. Not to mention DirectTV (on a small television) is available for those who enjoy hundreds of channels to select from.
Four stars and not five because temperature control is virtually non-existent: despite turning the thermostat down to 65, rooms stayed too warm for the spring season.
Overall, my four evening stay was accommodated, and I have no qualms about using this facility in the near future to assist my working away from home.

I was planning a solo trip on my bike and was first considering other options in Delta Junction until I emailed Buffalo Rentals a few weeks prior. I promptly received a response from Adrielle and I decided to book.||||I sort of expected a place that will be ok for a night, but my expectations were greatly surpassed. I would definitely stay there again.||||There is a rec room with coffee machine, fridge, etc. I had ordered breakfast along with the room, and it is my understanding that other meals can be arranged as well.||||I had reserved a room with private bathroom, which I don't think all rooms offer.||||A nice bar/grill, grocery store, and liquor store are within a few minutes walking distance.||||This is not a typical motel/hotel and, at least during my stay, caters mainly to contractors, but if you're looking for a no-nonsense place to stay that's very clean, conveniently located, and has reliable and speedy Wi-Fi, you should consider this one. And the TV included channels such as Bloomberg TV, which is not something you can take for granted even in upscale business hotels.

Relative to other lodging facilities in Delta, this is about as cheap as you can get. And you get what you pay for. It's a room with a bed.

Me gustó mucho este lugar ya que los trabajadores son muy amables y tienen las habitaciones muy limpias. Tienen un cuarto de juegos con cocina y lavadoras. La ubicación es excelente. Lo mejor es que la visibilidad de las auroras es maravillosa !!! Lo recomiendo con ojos cerrados.
