This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room smelled like pee, there were stains all over the walls/dresser/bathroom, there was a giant squashed mosquito on the wall, a spider a few inches large in a corner, multiple cigarette burns in the bed, stains on the bed, and the towels they left were a half the size (or smaller) than regular towels.

The only good thing about this place was the woman that was worked the front desk. Phenomenal customer service from her. Unfortunately she can't help with the other things.

It's better than some in this area. Front desk staff is always nice. Only complaint is the police are always driving through trying to harass people. And they used to (don't know if they still do, as I don't visit as often as I used to) park at the front door a couple hours before their shift change, blocking the pull up/wheelchair accessibility, and then sit in the hotel lobby and do their shifts paperwork. That's fine if that's where you wanna sit and do your paperwork, but don't block the entrance/wheelchair accessibility. There's plenty of other places to park when it's a non-emergency situation. But thank you to the front desk staff for always being so nice and polite. Much love!

My husband and I stopped here because all the other hotels were booked up and this was the only place available. The rooms are terrible. Stinks. When we were laying in bed at 2 am trying to go to sleep, the window opened from outside. Someone was trying to come into our room! They heard me scream and ran off. Worst experience of my life. We left immediately.

The only plus is the late night staff was friendly.
The entry smelled of marijuana.
The room was very dirty and it appeared to have a bloody finger print on the lamp shade.
Stains on the sheets, only 3 channels, the phone was extremely dirty , 2 flat pillow, stiff old bed, air didn’t work properly, the chairs in the lobby were stained black from dirt and grime and when we checked out at 10am a crowd of people were standing outside with dogs drinking beer.
I did not see any bugs though lol
We had to stay here due to every single hotel being booked for miles.
It served it’s purpose but I would never stay at this hotel again, I would much rather sleep in my car.

This place needs to have a complete overhaul. The staff is very unprofessional. The rooms were filthy! I checked into the 1st room and there was dead bugs in both beds and pillows. The sheets had stains on them and the room was smelly. I went back to the desk to inform the front desk person of the problem...attempted to show her the pictures and she said “I don’t need to see them...I believe you” she gave me another room...there were no bugs but the room was not clean...my friends room had roaches and the heat didn’t work...I would never stay in this hotel again!

What made this 5 STARS for me was the service!
Miss Diane @ the front desk is what truly made this stay a GREAT EXPERIENCE! She really made me feel at home and because of her, I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!
When the Staff goes the extra mile to make you feel at home, it's priceless! 100!

Lady at the desk was sleep with her mouth open. Halls smell like dirty socks and stale corn chips mixed with smoke. Parking lot a little scary. Decent place to stay for the price if you have no other options.

Horrible it was cold and not clean there are all kinds of stains all over the floor there are bed bugs all over it’s not comfortable not even for just 1 night I would advise everyone is avoid this place please at 3am the staff was yelling and talking loud up and down the hallways this place needs to be closed down for upgrades and pest control issues horrible. GOOD LUCK!!! No Starts for me
