The room was newly updated and clean. Ricky at the front desk was helpful and nice. Parallel parking in front of the door made it quick and easy to get in and out to my car. The way the building is laid out the rooms are far off the street and quiet. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Manager/Owner very accommodating, respectful and professional. Quiet, comfortably adequate overnight or 2 day accommodations. Only complaint I had was no temperature setting for the heater/air-conditioning so you constantly have to manually adjust, inconvenient. Some in ceiling lights were not working, bulb maintenance, as well as fan in bathroom either extremely noisy or didn't work at all.
Recently updated interior of the rooms, giving them a much more upscale modern motifs. Exterior has been professionally painted in a pleasant blue with white trim, that looks clean and nautical. Exterior white trim needs a healthy scrubbing to really make the white pop like it should. Other than those rather inconsequential details, a fair value in a quiet, safe, environment. Writing desk with microwave, refrigerator, card/dining table in all units.

Excellent location, central to everything. Quaint row of rooms that are very clean, large TV, desk, and sitting chair. Parking at your room.. major plus. Will definitely stay again! Rikki is a great host, wanting to make sure our stay was wonderful. 10/10

Wonderful family owned hotel in the heart of Lodi. Owner and staff were very accommodating and the rooms are a great value for the price. Ricky at the front desk was very helpful and the premises clean quiet and safe.

Owner of the hotel was very rude, room was decent but they very cleary do not pay much attention when cleaning up as i found somebodies reading glasses on the floor in the corner, tv area was very dusty, lots of random wrapper pieces on the carpet. They definitely need to do a better job of clean up before declaring the room as vacant, will personally not be returning as the owner treated us very poorly and profiled myself and my collegue as drug addicts. Establishment is nice to extent but owner makes this place a waste of time

This place is a hidden gem in Lodi. The Hotel is as comfortable as any I've ever been too. I'm back for my second visit as I was so impressed the first time I stayed. The rooms are well decorated and super comfortable. The manager here loves the property and takes care of it. Many other hotels could learn from this place!!

Don’t stay here.. stayed a couple times.. something is always broken. Floors are disgusting. Rude staff… and don’t get me started on the deposit! Tiny pillows so uncomfortable… they have long time people who stay here and both my stays there were police for some reason or another!
