Good service but a bit pricey

Fast, friendly and easy. Normally I would look for the cheapest around me but I've become loyal to my friends here at Budget. They are very competitive and the level of service is off the charts. I no longer need to compare. I now just go directly to their website, reserve, then pickup the car they have chosen for me because I know I won't find anyone else better overall with service, price and nice cars.

Open til 6, I call to confirm, lady says if your not here by 530, you wont get processed? I said well it was gonna be like 535, she says I cant guarantee it.? I was like ok well then I guess I will call enterprise, which gladly took my business. (I have waited many mnay times at budget for THEIR convenience. This is why I like technology, and perhaps better ideas that will eventually maybe make places like this go out of business. Or just from their sheer ignorance. If I owned the place she'd be gone.....

Quick service and very friendly. Just make sure you make your reservation a day in advance if you can or call and ask the service desk if they have cars available.

The lady inside was very rude. Didn't get her name but she was not polite at all. She didn't have cars to rent out, I understood but she rudely stated it to me.
