Bryan and his staff were truly fantastic and helped make our intimate non-traditional circus wedding complete and forever memorable. Their warm and personal demeanor, organization and professionalism, and their clear passion for the food and seasonal ingredients itself, all while doing what they could to be self sufficient and letting us enjoy the day, was notable and unique. I worked in the wedding industry for 3 years and worked with many caterers, Bryan and his approach is notably familial and passionate, giving a personal feeling to our event that is so often lacking from wedding caterers who too often are stuffy or sterile in their approach. Cannot recommend them enough!

We would add more stars if we could! Working with Bryan was an absolute pleasure. Everything for our wedding was done via email, and we didn't even meet Bryan until day-of. All of his communication was prompt and professional, yet laid-back. We knew we were in great hands. The food was outstanding!! We stayed outside longer than anticipated, and Bryan brought the canapes out to us and our guests. When we moved inside, everything was beautifully set up, and delicious! He prepared two salads, grilled vegetable platter, grilled chicken, bread, and fig tarts - wouldn't change a thing! Highly recommend Bryan!!

Bryan and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, thoroughly prepared, and made our event a huge success. Bryan and his crew are lovely people and it was a pleasure working with them and having their positive vibe as part of our party. The food was creative, aesthetically pleasing, and delicious. And, they left our house spotless. We will use Bryan again for many future events.

Just had a 6 day family vacation (6 of us) in Sonoma, CA. The owner of the VRBO rental house recommended Bryan to us if we wanted a chef to come to the house to prepare a meal for us. So glad she recommended Bryan. Not only was the meal fantastic but Bryan (and his sous chef Denise) were both engaging and easy to talk to. They are both excellent chefs. We had so much fun sitting and talking to the both of them during the meal prep. This is our first time bringing in a chef to cook for us and it certainly exceeded all our expecations. Definitely one of the highlights to our vacation and if we ever take a family vacation in the Sonoma area in the future, we would definitely contact Bryan again to prepare a meal for us. Highly recommend Bryan and Denise.
