Hiring Brothers Catering was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. They have so many choices it was a little daunting at first but we were able to narrow it down and during our first tasting they made us a wide selection to help us narrow it down. We did the filet and bruschetta chicken dual entree concept with green beans almondine and smashed potatoes. Wow, just wow. The food is delicious and you can tell the chef is both talented and proud of the work he produces.

And then there is Bill Benson, one of Brothers Catering sales managers. He went above and beyond to help us not only with culinary concerns but anything wedding related. We actually used his recommendation for floral and were very happy following his suggestion. His warm and fun personality really took a lot of the stress of wedding planning away. We knew with him helping us we were in good hands.

On the big day Brothers arrived on time and were flexible with their kitchen arrangements. They cooked all the entrees fresh on site with their mobile kitchen. Everyone of our guests were giving us compliments on our food choices. Brothers provided us with vegetarian options as well. We choice a quinoa stuffed bell pepper - it was also a huge hit. Their waitstaff was attentive and professional the whole time. We know we will hire Brothers Catering again we just don’t know when!

In the past, wedding food has stereotypically been thought of as bland, dry chicken and watery vegetables. This was definitely NOT the case with Brothers.

Brothers was the first wedding vendor we reached out to when planning for our wedding this past October 7th. Even before the venue, even before my dress. My now-husband was dead set on having them cater our wedding, and I’m so glad he chose them. They are an incredible company!

My main contact at Brothers before the event was Michele. She was great at making me feel valued, even when I asked her so many of my questions about every little thing (even after I’d signed my contract). Everyone was so nice, especially at my tasting (everything was delicious!)

As for my actual wedding day, they did perfectly. We were personally checked on by Michele several times throughout the night, just to see how everything was or if we needed anything. The food was displayed/served beautifully and tasted even better. My only regret is not being able to try everything, especially the desserts- which were also beautiful. So many of our guests approached us after the wedding to rave about how amazing the food was, even calling it the best wedding food they’d ever had. Brothers met and then exceeded my desire for classy, elegant food that was also amazing at my wedding. Thank you all so, so much.

I coordinated a wedding for a friend on very short notice (3 weeks) and had to choose from a list of the venue's preferred caterers. Most were too expensive because they charged a minimum for 100 people, but we only had 30. Brothers didn't have a minimum and the menu options were varied, so I went with them. They were great!! Very responsive to all my questions and helpful with the planning. They even helped coordinate with the party rental company. They showed up on time and set everything up beautifully. Debbie, the Brothers catering coordinator who came to our event, was AWESOME!! She helped me with all the timing throughout the night and was so kind and friendly. And the food was high quality and DELICIOUS!! I would highly recommend using Brothers for any event you have.

I ordered lunch for a large group at a work meeting. Brothers Catering made it very easy to order and everyone was pleasant to work with. They did an excellent job communicating with me and were able to accommodate special Gluten-free needs. When the lunch arrived it was set up quietly and the presentation was great! Everyone enjoyed the sandwich tray, and desserts. Shout out to Thalia and Carrie for making my day easy!

Oh my what can I say?! The food from Brothers was PHENOMENAL. From the tasting (sooo good!) When we finally had our wedding the food was delicious. We didn’t want the traditional entree dinner service, we wanted an Italian buffet and Brothers truly delivered. The cocktail hour appetizers were delectable and the bolognese lasagna was to die for! I highly recommend Brothers for your wedding catering needs.

How can we ever thank all of you? You truly made our wedding day celebration wonderful. Jimmy, when we first met you, you made us feel so welcome and right at home. Chef Augie, you did such an outstanding job. Not only was the food good but it was beautiful and presented wonderfully. Everyone was so very impressed. The day we came in, for our tasting, we were so surprised when you had made our complete menu for us to try! Also taking time from your busy schedule to come in and introduce yourself. Those are the things that mean so much to a nervous bride and groom or anyone hosting a large event. I never had to worry about taking care of anything and our event was smooth as silk. You made my every wish come true and I just can't thank you enough.

Jimmy you should be VERY proud of all your employees Such professional and polite people to help with our guests every want or need. Thank you all who worked at our wedding reception I'm just overwhelmed by your kindness.
