Visiting Fairmont and like to eat local whenever possible. I chose this place for their location and for being a local establishment. Google shows their hours as being open until 11pm. As soon as I walked in, at 9:15pm, I was rushed to make a menu choice as the grill was closing at 9:30. Ordering an appetizer of crab dip, brisket mac & cheese, and a grilled chicken Caesar salad. The food was fair, the salad was served with no dressing, and the staff was in a hurry to get the surrounding areas cleaned and closed for the night, in addition to hurrying my table out the door. Terrible experience.

We had to get our own silverware after we had already sat down and had our appetizer already eaten and the server never realized it, and 14$ for 6 pieces of shrimp? The food was good but everything else was very sub par.

Let me start this off by saying I’m a server and the server Emma was great! She handled the entire situation great. Don’t go in for crab night. The crabs were over steamed and not peeling at all. Ordering another round of the endless crabs took forever. The butter that came with them tasted like popcorn which as you can imagine was disgusting. If you’re going to advertise all you can eat crab night as a special you should probably do it right. We took a group of ten out for a birthday dinner and eight out of the ten people were seriously disappointed. We got fried pickles and fried mushrooms as appetizers both were BEYOND burnt. The hush puppies that came with the crab meals were burnt balls of grease. The taste was indescribable. Change your grease maybe. I ordered the bbq chicken and sent it back. It was what looked like two frozen chicken breast patties with some bbq thrown on top. The chicken was tough and I didn’t even bother after the first bite. I ordered shrimp Alfredo as a replacement. The shrimp in my Alfredo wasn’t peeled…. Who in the world wants to dig through a pasta Alfredo dish to peel their own shrimp ?! I will say the Alfredo sauce was good.
Side note I’d take the gratuity off of your bills if you’re going to serve food that terrible.

This was absolutely the worse place to eat. My husband and I went around 3pm we ordered the half rack of ribs salad it was ok but my husband ordered the BBQ sampler he had 2 ribs a brisket and pork that was not BBQ. He spent $25 for his meal and he ordered French fries to go with it. The French fries were cold soaked in grease not crispy at all like a fry should be. We spent $70 on both meals and he only ate the 2 ribs. Beside the food being so terrible the waiter we had to chase down just to even take our order which took us approximately 20 minutes to just find him. I would not recommend this place to anyone

My coffee cup had lipstick on the side. I pointed it out to our waiter. He apologized and took it back. When he came back, he had wiped the edge, but the inside was so crusty with old coffee that you could scratch it off in chunks. The onion rings were way overdone. My burger was dry and tasteless. This was our 2nd visit - I won't be back 🙁

Made a order via phone ad accidentally called the brickyard in Bridgeport @10:15pm. They were more than accommodating. Realized 20 seconds later and called them back telling them I messed up and called the wrong place. They said it's okay. I called Fairmont 30 second later to place an order in the correct place before 10:20 and their grill is off. Like seriously? A 10 minute sandwich and your grill is off? Whoever runs Faimont needs fired.

Went for the all you can eat crab legs on Wednesday. They were delicious. The waitress was very attentive and friendly.
