We had a wonderful experience back in November! This is a lovely place to stay if you are looking to get away and be closer to nature. It's also not far from the city which is a huge plus. It had a very romantic setting, perfect for couples. The staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. We stayed in the cabin Sparrow. You'll have a gorgeous view regardless of which cabin you stay. The creek is a walk away (it was too cold for us to swim during the time of year). There are tables and chairs close to the creek to sit and enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee with cookies offered in the lobby. We really enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend this destination. It is an undeniably magical place. The breakfast is consistently exceptional, offering something new each day. The afternoon provision of freshly baked cookies is a delightful touch. The views are simply spectacular. My favorite inn keeper is Polly, she is always cheerful and kind.

An amazing, tranquil location on Oak Creek. It was comfortable there in the heat of the day due to the shade that the many trees provide. The rustic cabins (we have stayed in 5 of them) are all unique and comfortable. All provide the necessities of being able to cook for yourselves, though the creekside cabins have smaller fridges. We hosted our wedding guests here and had a delightful time. The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive. The setting is amazing and can't be replicated elsewhere in Sedona. The breakfast, eaten creekside, was delicious every day. We have booked our first anniversary trip back there! A gem! If you value peace and quiet, and the ability to mostly disconnect from the world, this is the place. Robert and Bridgett

First and foremost this place is heaven on earth. My husband took me here after recovery from breast cancer in May. We came back in September with my sister and her family. Polly is amazing she read to my2 year old nephew a bedtime story in the cozy lobby . She surly goes out of her way to engage with all the guests during breakfast . She is never behind the desk always interacting and accommodating everybody’s needs Javier keeps the grounds immaculate. I can’t say enough about this magical place . Everything is beautiful, Esperanza keeps all rooms in perfect order. My husband first came here as a tanager and he is now almost 50 , I’m so glad I am able to share new memories with him and my family . Home cooked breakfasts are the best at Briar Patch Inn. Afternoon warm cookies are a bonus !!!

We hosted a Spiritual Retreat for 16 people, and it was absolutely enchanting! From the breathtaking natural surroundings and the delightful breakfasts by the babbling creek to the cozy beds and pillows, every moment was filled with joy and comfort. The smiles on our retreat members' faces said it all. A heartfelt thank you to Briar Patch for making it all possible!

Great spot. Truly enjoyed the tranquility of the property. Rooms are nice and peaceful. Food in the morning was good. The only bad thing is the woman with the mullet like haircut working at the front desk. She is mildly condescending, unhelpful and gives off a terrible vibe. She complained and huffed when we asked for more fire starter sticks and was just generally rude.

This place is pure magic!!! Get the Kingfisher room. It has a private patio on the creek and is just AMAZING. Truly felt lucky to stay here. Shoutout to the lovely front desk team (Robin) for making us feel at home instantly. We saw squirrels, blue jays, a skunk and fish in the river! They have a private swimming hole too;)
