I went in for coffee and went to pour creamer in my coffee. The very young lady behind the counter who was very busy talking to her coworker. She was able to stop for a moment when I asked her why there was chunks in her creamer. She looked at me, waved me off and told me that's how all creamers are they all have chunks in them. I did not know whether to laugh cry or ask if she was serious. So I asked her if she was seriously trying to sell that to me. She said all creamers come with chunks sometimes, yeah if it's out of date. Hopefully this newer young lady that's in there is nicer and treats me like I know what I'm talking about.

I am typing up this review too express the rude judgement that me and my girlfriend were passed this morning (03/28/2025). We had some close friends coming in from out of town and considering that brew bros has been my girlfriends go to coffee shop for about two years now we had made plans to meet there. Well by the time we get there, my phone had ended up dying so we figured we would plug it in so that we could both text our friends and be able to pay for our order (most of our $ was on card via Google pay) . As we are sitting and waiting for it too power on, the barista heads over to our table too tell us that we need to leave if we are not paying customers. At this point we try to explain to her that we are both meeting our friends here and waiting for our phone to turn on so we are able to pay for our order. In which she proceeds to make comment on the fact that we are charging our phone in the first place & continues to just ask us to leave... Mind you there is plenty of people in here witnessing this .. so in a effort to be able to meet our friends and for my girlfriend to be able to get what she desires, i now scrounge up the little bit of cash i have on my person to buy something immediately.. but now at this point given the embarrass ment, the fact that we now basically had to order before the rest of our party arrived & spend extra money so that we are able too .. spend more money , we just plan to meet our friends elsewhere!
It just sucks cause we spend a decent amount of $ here in the first place! Not to mention my girlfriend is almost 38 weeks pregnant and pickier then ever .. no one really should be forced to order before they are ready.. not to mention the rude gentlemen seated behind us practically yelling on the phone so loud that another customer went out of her way to walk over and ask him to please quiet down a bit while the workers never said a word to him ! ( We see him here pretty often and he pretty much always is speaking loudly on the phone in the window seat) but I guess since he is a regular paying customer(no more then we are ) thats fine? Sadly this was the first and last bad Experience we will have here which blows as my girlfriend was super excited for her friend to try how good their drinks were.

Love this beautiful and delicious coffee shop. The atmosphere and service is great and the food is excellent. Met up with friends here to have a nice relaxing breakfast and good coffee and food. This coffee shop is close to hotels in the area. I definitely recommend and will definitely be back when in the area again.

Great coffee with great service. Right in downtown and near a bus stop. Always busy, but loves the line well! And these two Barista’s were friendly even when customers were picky!!! Hit the ball out of the park!

This is a cute coffee shop perfectly located downtown. Prices were average for coffee. The coffee is not a dark roast and does not taste bitter which was a nice surprise. Most people were just in and out and not really dining in when we were there Sunday afternoon. They had no gluten free option (from what we could see)

Probably the best place in the area to get coffee early in the morning especially if your riding THE STAIRS busses. The woman working there in the mornings I've been here is very friendly and can definitely put out coffee in volume. All with a huge smile on her face. Coffee was very good.

Coffee was great, location is not, that downtown area is not nice for families. Service was a little slow, but it's likely due to the time and care taken for each drink which is great!

Went to the one in the downtown Spokane business district. Comfortable place, nice folks working there, and great coffee. Will definitely be back.
