We recently contracted Brewin' Around for an offsite event through El Gaucho and WOW! Tyler was so pleasant to work with and made the planning process flawless! Teresa the Barista was also amazing, and it felt like we had known her for years! I could not recommend this team more. We recently had the pleasure of working with Brewin' Around for the second year in a row, and once again, they exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Tyler was incredibly professional, organized, and an absolute joy to work with—his attention to detail made planning effortless.

On the day of the event, Teresa the Barista was nothing short of amazing! She was warm, friendly, and so engaging that it felt like we had known her for years. Not only was the service prompt and efficient, but every cup was crafted to perfection. The teachers absolutely loved the coffee, and we received so many compliments on how delicious it was!

When working with a vendor, I look for prompt communication and for them to be right on time on the event date—and Brewin' Around delivered flawlessly on both! Their professionalism, reliability, and personal touch truly set them apart.

As part of the PTSA, this event was a volunteer effort, and having a team we can count on made everything so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Brewin' Around more and are already looking forward to working with them again next year! In fact, I highly recommend them to every school PTSA—their outstanding service and professionalism make them the perfect choice for any event.

Tyler and Teresa and Brewin' Around are amazing! We had them for our wedding "coffee hour" and reception.

They went above and beyond and assisted us in making tea for a component of our wedding ceremony. They allowed us to create specialty drinks for our guests. We had unusual requests including a hot latte that uses sweetened condensed milk and an iced latte that uses honey. They actually trialed our specialty drinks at other events they were at to make sure they have the workflow down for our wedding!

We also were able to order pastries through Brewin' Around for our guests to snack on. We ordered Macrina cornetti and vegan / gf muffins, which were hits! They brought the tongs and additional tables to serve these pastries.

As other reviews mention, the coffee is GOOD. We are the type of couple who explore new cities by going to their best cafes. Even with the frequency of drinks they were making, the espresso extraction was perfect and had a nice, well-rounded, bright, flavor profile. I believe they use fresh-roasted beans from Lighthouse Coffee Roaster. This makes a huge difference compared to older, mass-produced coffee, other coffee caterers would buy at Costco or other restaurant supply store.

They had hot chocolate and italian cream sodas for non-coffee drinkers. They also had alternative milks, which was a game changer for our lactose intolerant guests.

We used Tyler from Brewing Around coffee for our wedding, on 2-2-22. It was a Wednesday. He was wonderful, I've got so many nice comments about the cart. It was such a big hit. Would definitely use again if needed.
He had plenty of options for Adults and Kids. And many different options for milk, so that was very nice. Even the people who can't have dairy, could have a drink. Even had my favorite coffee.
He would even bring them to us in the reception hall, so we didn't have to wait.
He was wonderful.
