I reached out and was referred to Janice. From the very beginning the communication was unacceptable. Due to the vacation being in July, Janice said we would need to book with urgency, yet she could not keep her word on following up and time tables she set for me to expect communication from her. Once I finally received packaging and pricing from her, she was $1000 higher than if I booked the same exact details myself through Expedia. I emailed her back asking if I was getting more through her packages to cause the price discrepancy. Surprise. No response and it’s been a week. If you value communication, integrity and efficiency, I would not suggest using this company.
