I had the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get breakfast from the Lemon Creek Breeze In. I placed my order online to “beat the line” as they advertised. I waited for the ready time for my pick from the confirmation email I got. Went there expecting my food to be ready, I got there and no had even began to make my food yet. So I waited, As I’m waiting, I see the two cooks arguing with each other because one of the cooks (most be new) accidentally opened one of the iPad for in-store orders and the other cook scolded him for doing that and told him that if doesn’t close the iPad then she would leave him alone in the kitchen. And that’s exactly what she did, as she walked away and was gone for 15+ minutes and the new chef was left alone trying to prepare a back log of orders because there were a lot of people waiting for their online orders. I spent over 30 minutes waiting in the store trying to be patient because I understand they seemed short staffed and busy. Finally after 40 minutes, I walk up to the cashier and asked if she could just cancel my order and give me a refund because I just wanted to go home. Then she tells me my order has been ready, but no one decided to call my name or let me know it’s ready. Also to add to all that, they didn’t even get my order right. I asked for fried rice with my loco moco bowl and they gave me plain white rice. So wasted my time and didn’t get the right order. This place is so dysfunctional with their staff constantly bickering at each other for doing the wrong things and just giving customers excuses why their order isn’t ready or right. I had an different experience once where a new cashier gave away the wrong orders to the wrong customers and I had to wait for them to remake my food. I don’t ever write any reviews online for anything, but after the countless bad experiences I’ve had there, I’m writing this now in hopes of saving someone else the wasted time and money of going here. I won’t be going back to Breeze In ever again for anything and I’d give this review less than one star if I could.

I got breakfast this morning. The food was poorly portioned, cold and to be quiet honest not edible. I’m a local and have gone to breeze in for years. This is the first time I’ve ever felt like they downgraded. I order a breakfast bowl with double every thing and got a single serving. It’s really upsetting to see.

I ordered my food at 11:55a. Lunch crowd comes in, about 30 people. At 12:45 those 30 people have all been served. Why did they not cook my food until after cooking everyone elses? I saw it on their screen, it wasn't forgotten, its right in their faces. Why did they CHOOSE to cook for me last when i ordered first? They said sorry but wouldn't do anything to make it right.

Like other reviewers have said, something is going on here that can still be fixed. There’s another review that had some good suggestions and ideas for an assembly line and probably worth reading if anyone working there sees it. The staff making the food have always been pleasant, there just needs to be some reconfiguring for the kitchen system and training for consistent ingredients and then follow up to make sure it’s still happening after staff have been trained. Even the way customers order and where they should stand when waiting in or out of a line is a hot mess and not intuitive as it could be. The selections and junk food choices are great, best candy selection in town, and checkout counter staff are very quick and have excellent customer service. I’d likely come here more often if I could count on the burrito being the same portions each time. Will update if it changes!

Grill workers are horrible. Found a large piece of plastic maybe 2 inches big inside my burrito. They forget things almost every order and are just overall terrible.

Breeze In is great. I don't know what all the complainers on here are complaining about. The house-made burritos? Bomb. (Get tortilla strips in your burrito - thank me later.) The candy and beverage selection? Vast. That roasted turkey on the onion roll sandwich? Notorious. Everyone should learn to appreciate.

A workshop I was involved with had Breeze In catering for breakfast and lunch. It was spectacular with a variety of very classy and delicious food. Aside from a very yummy and healthy couscous salad, soup, fruit, and generous sandwiches; they didn't forget to bring some of the world's best donuts either.

Clean friendly staff
6/6/24. Bought steak blue cheese salad. This is the second time since all the price increases that I decided to buy one more to be sure they stopped putting in blue cheese with something else. Last one I'll buy, I don't even think it's cheese.
