Fall Colors trip and cruise

We had the most amazing adventures on this trip!  We began by spending 5 days exploring Boston and Martha’s Vineyard, continued on with a fall colors Regent Cruise and concluded with 3 glorious days in Montreal.

I’ll begin with Boston. Thanks, Janet, for booking us at The Godfrey. The downtown location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do and explore.: North End, Boston Common, Public Gardens, etc. The only glitch was we were unhappy with our original room (extremely small with absolutely no storage space), however, the staff immediately upgraded us to a larger room with beautiful views. After that all was good. I’d recommend this hotel over the Newbury based upon activities accessibility alone.

What can I say about our Regent cruising experience. The words that come to mind are elegance, friendliness of the staff, great restaurants and wonderful entertainment. Our stateroom was large and the bed was so comfortable.  The best ports for seeing fall colors were Corner Brook and Montreal.  It was the perfect time of year to experience a variety of fall colors.

By far our favorite experience and one I would encourage you to recommend to clients is a day trip to Mont Tremblant during fall. The fall colors were in full bloom on the ride there and once we arrived, we were in awe of the amazing colors that abounded. We rode the gondola to the summit to fully experience the beauty of nature at its best. The other place we explored was the Montreal Botanical Gardens. It was spectacular and full of colors as well.

Janet, thank you for sharing your expertise with us and for organizing yet another wonderful trip for us!  We had the best time and those fall colors will stay with us for a long while.

“accommodations in Quito were amazing the Le Parc was unique and after a long trip just perfect - staff there was helpful in confirming our next steps. The queen Beatrice was very comfortable and luxurious.
The El Porvenir Ranch was AMAZING!! we loved its rustic character while still warm and comfortable. Our room was exquisite! the kids room for what we paid - one slept on a makeshift pull out on the floor…..that’s the only thing I might suggest differently - but all in all can’t complain. the staff at El Porvenir - were so incredible ( Javier met our every need at breakfast lunch and dinner) and we met the owners who were so authentic and welcoming. Thanks Janet for always recommending the most unique places and making sure we know which experiences are not to be missed. The horseback riding was indeed a kind of once in lifetime!!! not your
usual horseback tour experience. THANK YOU!”

They have done it again! For years, I have been using Boutique Travel Advisors for all of our travel – whether it’s a beach vacation, a local getaway, college touring, or international travel they have exceeded our expectations! Most recently, we returned from several weeks in South Africa, visiting Cape Town, the Kruger National Park Game Reserve and Johannesburg. Being from Johannesburg and having traveled there and the Kruger Park my entire life, it is fair to say I had high expectations. Clearly, they delivered! For example, we were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday while we were away and it was important to me the various hotels did what they could to make her feel special, such as decorating her room, and Boutique Travel Advisors not only came through but even requested a special gift be there for our daughter upon our arrival. This was a trip of a lifetime for our family, and we are forever grateful to Angie, Bri, and the rest of the BTA team for helping us make it happen!

We just returned from the most wonderful family vacation to Europe. Angie helped planned a fun-filled several days in Lucerne, Switzerland followed by an Adventures by Disney (ABD) Rhine River cruise. Angie took the time to learn about our family and our kids so she could customize our trip to our interests. We have two teenage boys so we needed an active vacation and we have one really picky eater. She organized hiking in the alps and interesting city tours. Angie secured all of our accommodations, transfers, activities and dining reservations. Angie also helped us plan our excursions on the ADB river cruise. We ziplined through the Black Forest, canoed through the canals in Strasbourg and hiked up mountains for the most fantastic views. Her assistance was very valuable and made our travel super easy and stress-free! She even checked in while we were abroad to make sure everything was going well. Her expertise, organization and service were first-class. We’re already planning our next trip with Angie!!
