My friends and I planned a girls trip with Linda Fox at Bonita Travels. The vacation planning was well executed by Linda! Everything went smoothly from beginning to end arranging the vacation for our 50th birthday celebration girls trip! The transport service to the hotel and the airport was prompt. The staff at Playa del Carmen Hilton was exceptional. Everyone displayed professionalism and courteousness. Linda included a checklist before our trip to ensure everyone completed the necessary procedures before embarking on our vacation! Upon arrival at our hotel, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. The front desk staff were pleasant and provided helpful information and suggestions for activities to do while visiting. The rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned daily. There were plenty of restaurants on the resort which provided delicious meals and various bars to enjoy with our all-inclusive package! The property was pristine and nicely manicured! We had many amenities such as pools and spas, as well as fun theme parties to enjoy while relaxing at the pool! The hotel also offered services that provided fun excursions for guest to choose from such as a catamaran excursion to beautiful beaches and scuba diving! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again for another vacation in the near future!

Hello! My name is Jashun Gaddy, and I just wanted to share how much joy and pleasure it was using Bonita Travels! This was my first time ever using a travel agent, but after my experience with Bonita Travels, it will not be the last! My Travel Consultant Linda Fox was amazing!! Having basically no travel experience leaving the country and being a physically disabled brain injury survivor, this could have been a very stressful situation for me. Traveling out of the country involves so many different components pertaining to booking flights, hotels, and extreme pressured situations. Without Linda’s service, I would have bowed out lol.
My trip was 4 nights stay at the S Hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica! Linda was top notch, making sure all the arrangements I needed were in order pertaining to my accommodation. The Wheelchair Assistance and pre boarding service were amazing!! They took care of everything for me. All I did was hand the needed documents to my helper, and they gave it to ticket takers, bag handlers, etc.!
A few weeks before my trip, Linda informed me that the hotel gave away my Interior Non-Ocean View Mini King Room!!!
Linda quickly corrected the error and got me UPGRADED to COMPLIMENTARY Ocean front view room!! On top of that, I was moved next door to my travel companions!!

Linda contacted the American Airlines to set me and my plus one with special service. She also booked us into the Club Mobay (just a blessing)!!!
Bonita Travels have set the bar very high for any other travel agents for me. Saying that, why fix what’s not broken lol. I will gladly use Bonita Travels and my VIP agent Linda, the next time I travel out the country!!

UPDATE (4/2023)- My wife and I just returned from our amazing Bora Bora Honeymoon and we owe all the gratitude to Penny Timberlake. We stayed in Bora Bora for 9 days. We started 5 days at Le Bora Bora, 3 days at Conrad Ave 1 day on the main land at Sunset Hill Lodge. Penny q was able to secure us everything that we wanted down to the smallest details. She handled everything. If there arrears a any issues or concerns in our end, she worked it all out effortlessly. She never complained, she was very communicative, and she was always available when needed. She provided details about the resorts, the amenities, activities, flights support, any changes, and anything wise I've may be forgetting. My wife and I were able to just sit back and await our departure date to Bora Bora. It took is a year and a month to fully pay or payment plan that Penny set up for us. There was no stress at all while paying. We payed what we wanted each month. We appreciate Penny finding us the cheapest package that she could for ALL that we wanted. She is phenomenal and we 100% recommend her. Penny goes above and beyond to ensure her clients always are happy. She gives her honest opinions at all times and you can either go with it or not. We went with majority of them because she is most certainly THE expert in her field!!! Oh one more thing... she even provided us with a package of documents that she mailed. It has everything such as our itinerary, and Tahitian vocabularry we could use.

(2/2022)- We love PENNYYYY.

At this time, my wife and I are in "About to drop that deposit" mode. We've been in planning mode since 2020 because we wanted to ensure that our Honeymoon was planned by THE best travel agent. I found Penny through a Google search. The revie ws on her are fantastic.

We reached out to Penny back in 2020 while planning our wedding. She is very LGBTQIA + friendly. She has always been very responsive, didn't judge our planning so early although we aren't going until 2023.She provides clear research, expert advice on past experience from herself and her clients, and she is very personable. She is easy to talk to and she understands any and every area of staying within your budget. She is far from pushy. I will update once we take our trip with what our entire experience was after this deposit point!!!

I wanted to plan a trip to Cuba and a family member recommended Bonita Travels. Even though I live in Ohio and Bonita Travels is in Charlotte/Harrisburg, NC, I received phenomenal service from Bonita, my Travel Agent. She planned a cruise that exceeded my every expectation! The cruise ship visited three Cuban cities and provided guided tours in each city as well as charming lunch locations. On the ship, I was treated to spectacular service as well as loads of great entertainment. This trip was a dream and I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent advice and direction for my travels that I received from Bonita. She gave me the best value for my buck! Jai White was the most helpful travel agent EVER. I can't thank her enough for coordinating my birthday cruise on the carnival Splendor. We traveled the Southern Caribbean for 8 days and I'm positive that if it wasn't for her staying in constant communication with the entire party for over 9 months then this experience would have never been the same.
