As always, Marybeth Ricciardi was extremely helpful in arranging our upcoming Tauck led vacation. It was necessary to switch itineraries from a land based tour in North America to a combination land and river cruise tour in Europe, and she accomplished this without us losing a penny, and actually increasing the value of our Tauck previous traveler bonus. Marybeth always goes the “extra mile“ for us dealing with the myriad details involved in planning a memorable trip experience.
