We have been coming here for a few months, service is so/so. I get the Turkado (great sandwich) and my husband gets something different every time. I wish they improved the atmosphere and trained the servers to be better. All things considered, good place to get a sandwich for lunch.

I always order pick up. Usually no problems unlike today half my sandwich had uncooked chicken texture was like rubber and chewy immediately stopped eating within the first bite. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken sandwich.

Normally I love their Sandwiches. When you get a sandwich, Actually two, And they are delivered and you sit down thinking you're gonna have a delicious Sandwich, but as you pick it up, the bread is hard and stale it super disappointing.
Sandwich shops the first and most important part of the product is the bread!
I also ordered potato salad. That was horrible, it was bland as could be. It had a ton of redskin potato peels in it, which made it awful. Yuck.
I'm not sure of just because I ordered this through doordash. They think customers can't complain. I spent $36 on two sandwiches and salad that could not be eaten. I will never order from this location again. RSM is better by a landslide! You lost a customer!!!

Don’t even bother coming after 6pm. People are rudely standing directly behind you where you can’t even eat without being bumped by drunk guest with their kids running everywhere. Servers are awesome except the one with the black LA hat who doesn’t say a word when he brings your food and instead just drops it on your table and walks away.

Great food, great service, great casual vibes. This place is now a weekly tradition for our family. Big fan of the Baja chicken sandwich. Fresh and clean ingredients (no mayo), not salty at all. Love that local teens work at the place, sometimes that leads to inconsistencies in the sandwich but that has become part of the fun. So glad they opened up here. Nice work team.

We loved the RSM Board & Brew and had high hopes for the Ladera location. Excellent service. It’s one of our favorite stops most weekends. Great patio, but could use some shade covers for summertime/sunny days.

Update: The patio shade they added is perfect! The Ladera Ranch location continues to have amazing service, atmosphere, and food. It is our favorite go-to weekend spot.

If you live around or just visiting the area, this is a good option for fresh, tasty, wholesome sandwich that is packed with good ingredients. I ordered vegi sandwich on sour dough bread. By default it comes on squaw bread. The sandwich was stacked high with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sprouts, avocados…. Got their secret sauce along with it. It is good, bit on the sweeter side and bit of a kick of chilies. The sandwich was awesome, however I did not find the 'secret sauce' to be extraordinary. My take, no big deal over there, it's a matter of individual taste.
They also have a variety of draft beers.
Staff is nice, helpful and jovial.
Patio seating is also a good option.
Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner.
Surely coming back to have something different.
