We always enjoy staying at this resort. My grandkids love the heated pool. We wanted a two-bedroom unit but not available. The room they gave us was big and comfortable. We wanted a weeklong stay but they only had five days availablewhen we booked. We enjoyed the whole stay anyway.

Absolutely beautiful property. Quiet area but close enough to everything you'd want to do in the area outdoors. Made a trek up to sedona and it took about 1.5 hours. Do not miss that! Pool area is beautiful and massive. Food truck is good, service is phenomenal as always! Rooms are very large and well decorated. We didn't have pans, but within 15minutes they had 2 brand new ones to our room. We love our Bluegreen.

I am a long time Time Share Owner and have been to many resorts some great, some good and some bad. This resort lands in between the good and bad zone, let me explain. First let me start of with what was great about the resort. The pool was amazing, our kids loved it so did us as parents. The hot tub was huge! You were not forced to set only feet away from a stranger. The pool deck was made out of a material that did not get hot so no worries about burning your feet. The pool area was very clean. One of the best pools of any resort we have stayed at. Let me now get into what could be better. Our stay was in what was the original part of the resort. It looks like there has been at least 4 different phase builds wrapping around the pool due to the differences in architectural designs. We had a one bedroom unit. There were four of us. The one bedroom unit for 4 was extremely tight, not very well designed. If all four of us were to sit at the table it had to be moved into the living room area or you could not open the door to the refrigerator. The dishwasher did not drain and there was dirty water in the bottom of it. Not sure how clean the dishes were to start out with. Maintenance was great and was able to fix it right away. Now the bad. The cleaning crew was either lazy or they did just not care. When we checked in there were multiple bags of trash, a bag of dirty linen and a vacuum cleaner in front of our door that had to be pushed to the side. This set there for the whole first day and into the next. We called the front desk and informed them about it. It stayed the whole night and in the morning an animal had torn one of the bags of trash apart and spread garbage everywhere. We called again. We left for the pool and returned to find that the bags that were not torn were removed but the bag that was torn was still in front of our door with the trash still spread everywhere. We called again and eventually the torn bag and about 80% of the trash was removed. I eventually had to sweep the remainder of the trash off the balcony so we wouldn't have to walk over rotten apple cores and banana peels. Very gross. Walls were paper thin as well. Could hear what the people next to us and above us were talking about.

This resort was very nice. The pool area, giant hot tub, and water slide were wonderful. The entire resort was very clean and there were many games and activites available. Our bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay.

This is resort is clean, and the pool area is great. Pool is large and has the waterslide for the kids which is nice. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are fluffy so if you like a flatter pillow you may want to bring one with you. The walls are a little thin so you can hear neighbors or babies crying. At night the resort is very quiet and that was nice. The one bedroom was a little smaller than expected but fine for 2 people. Might be tight with 4 people/adults. The food truck is a nice touch in the pool area. There are lots of food choices within a couple of miles so it's easy to go to dinner or explore the area. Not too far from Phoenix. Overall, this is a nice resort, and we will come back.

I highly recommend Cibola Resort and spa.
I have stayed here for the last 3 years and it is one of my favorite places to stay in Arizona.
The complex is very large with an absolutely amazing outdoor pool that is natural salt water! Los of foliage, palm trees, flowers with beautiful landscape all around the area.
The units are large with kitchens, living rooms, large comfy beds, huge hot tub and a fun water slide.
Permanent food truck by the pool area.
A spa on the premises as well!
The whole complex feels like you're in Italy, very pretty!

This Resort has real nice grounds & pools but the rooms were VERY NOISY no insulation what so ever so not much sleep here this week Wi Fi sucked hot water took forever to get hot and no customer service the staff would not even work with us or even give us A call back or up grade we were even willing to pay for!! And this is A Hilton what A joke maybe they put the buyer from Hilton corp. on the 3rd floor penthouse? ||

Me and my wife stayed there for my bday weekend. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly, minus the pushy elderly lady who will try to have you attend a timeshare presentation. They had everything you would want or need to be comfortable, like home. Great experience, and we will be back.
