This inn has to be the best one I have visited. I can only say positive things. Preston was the best innkeeper ever! So helpful, accommodating and kind. Food was delish. Inn was very well kept and immaculate. What a heartfelt experience. I was here for a funeral and he could not have made life any easier! What a beautiful experience I had there!!!❤️

Me & my husband stayed at Marta Washington room for a day. The room is decorated very well and maintained clean. The host was sweet and super accommodating. They considered our dietary restrictions and served tasty breakfast. Overall stay experience was pleasant . We plan to visit again.

We were only able to spend a few hours, basically just slept, and I loved every second! Our room was beautiful and clean. The late check-in was seemless. We even left before breakfast was served, and there was a packed breakfast waiting for us. We will definitely be planning a longer trip to come back.

We live in the DC area and were looking for a nice place to stay for the Holiday. We called twice to try to book a Christmas Eve and Christmas stay. The first time we called, we spoke to a young lady who didn't seem to know much about the inn. We called a second and a third time, left a message and no one ever returned the call. Curious if anyone else has experienced this. Definitely would not recommend this innkeeper.

Stayed here 2 times within a week. 1/2 way spot from NC to Ohio. Never stayed at a B & B. It was very cozy. The place is very quiet. Pet friendly. Our room was nice. Bed is high so if your short will take a little effort. You can sit outside on the patio and relax. We met a really nice couple and enjoyed our evening. Breakfast was really good. French toast, bacon, juice, coffee, water and fruit. Staff were really nice. Left the next day and came back 5 days later and stayed in the back cottage. Again met a nice couple. Breakfast was ham, egg and cheese on a bun which was good and homemade yogurt. Very comfortable there. Food places are close. Kit was really nice too. If you have diet issues she will accommodate. Will stay again if we are in the area.

What a great find! My husband, I and our dog needed accommodations for our half way point. This unique and off the beaten path inn is just lovely. Family run with lots of love and attention to detail. The rooms are true to this century old inn, yet with everything you might find in a typical modern hotel. So many unique and interesting spots, inside and out, to gather and relax. The wrap around veranda had to be the best part, well maybe it’s a tie with the delicious breakfast served. I highly recommend this inn whether for a short stay or a longer one.

I cannot say enough about the Bluefield Inn. I was there for work which included a four night stay. From when I checked in and throughout my stay, the staff were excellent and the owners, who are on site, were friendly, personable, knowledgeable of the area, and overall just lovely people. The Inn was so charming, with many original features, and decorated well. The many outside areas were clean and comfortable. My room was great! just the right size, with ensuite bath, both very clean, and the bed was comfortable with upscale bedding. Breakfast was so good each morning and healthy, fresh ingredients are used! I will definitely stay again. If you are wondering where to stay, this is the place!

Wow what to say this inn was a god send for me with a stressful 4 day weekend I had coming. I looked forward to the very nice breakfast every morning and the wonderful hospitality that came with it. This inn took everything as personal to them which felt welcoming. The room was perfect for me since I was traveling alone, the Kennedy room was a great choice. There service was top tier for sure. I was definitely pleased with the bluefield inn.
