My wife and I picked Blue Springs Travel because of the reviews. I called and made an appointment with Casey. We went into her office and explained what we were looking for with a road map of the cities and a few things we wanted to do in each city in Europe. She booked our flight to Paris and booked the Effiel Tower and the Louve. From there we rode rail to Frankfurt. We did two day excursions to Rothenburg and Heidelberg. We took a train to Stuttgart and visited family in the quaint village of Esslingen. Then back on the train from Stuttgart to Munich. We did a day trip to Dachau. Then off to Salzberg for a few days. From there we traveled by plane to Venice via Frankfurt. Knowing now I would rather have taken a train. From Venice we went to Rome by rail. Everything went as smooth as it could with all the different hotels, planes and trains and tour excursions. The vender she used have very professional travel guides. She used Rail Bookers. The guides were where they said they would be. Spoke very good English and kept us from getting lost. The day trip to Rothenburg, there were only the two of us so our guide took us the back way to get there stopping at a few villages on the way making our trip so much more enjoyable as we saw things that were not actually part of the trip. So cool. The trains are the way to travel Europe. So easy to use. Cheaper than plane. Comfortable and no Tsa and airport mess. Just show up 30 minutes before to find the gate then get on. Someone will come around and punch your ticket. The hotels were all near the train station or near the areas of our excursions. Most the hotels were 4 star located near a train station or close to our excursion meeting places. One hotel in Munich was the Hilton. A train location was about a 50 yard walk. At the two places we flew into Casey arranged for us to be picked up at the airport. In Venice a water taxi picked us up. Now on to some facts. During our bookings we emailed Casey numerous times to make a tweeks here and there. She was prompt in doing so and also had alternatives we could consider. In most cases she was in touch within an hour or two. This was an 18 day trip going to approximately 10 cities or towns. It went so smooth. We stayed at hotels that were unusual to say the least but very enjoyable. Always in the heart of the town. One hotel in Rome had a 8th floor pool over looking the Roman Colosseum. A 2 block walk away. We budgeted $18 thousand and Casey came in at $10,500. Wow! We had more than enough for tips, food, souvenirs, taxi rides. Tips: take rail whenever available. Do research on pick up locations before going. Best way to travel in some cities was rail as we used this as hop on hop off. Use google maps to find your destination. It is so easy to get lost in some cities especially Venice with all the canals. The taxi rides are expensive. Walk if possible. Most taxi rides were around $20. Paris at night was $70. In Venice a water taxi was 50 to 70. Venice has a water bus that travels up and down the Grand Canal. Use it! We did not research our travel procedures enough once we got to each destination. I recommend you do so to avoid the costly taxi and to enhance the travel experience. Most cities have a rail service within the town. Think bus travel but on rails. So easy to use. To wrap up, this was so much more than a vacation. It was a bonding time with my wife. A life alternating experience to meet the locals, to experience an environment where you are out of your environment but feel you were always safe and never far from someone that would come to your rescue when lost. Would I do this again? In a heartbeat. Would I use Blue Spring Travel again? In a heartbeat. I feel we bought a cheesecake with all the various flavors to taste. We were go go go and we got the highlights of 4 different countries in 18 days. Again a huge thank you to Casey for making not just a vacation but a once in a lifetime memory.

Casey at Blue Springs Travel is absolutely amazing! She helped plan a trip for me and my family to Playa Del Carmen and it was absolutely perfect! She took care of all the details from booking the perfect room at our resort, transfers, excursion and even helping us navigate flying Frontier airlines. She's so
knowledgeable and she didn't leave any details out that helped us navigate our way on our first trip to Mexico. In addition, I can see why people continue to return to Mexico. We had the absolute best service and the people are so kind and hard working! It really was the perfect trip and I can't wait to have Casey help plan our next trip!

Casey was more than helpful in preparing us for our Alaskan adventure. We had a basic idea of what we wanted to do, and she aided us in hammering out all the details. Casey is the BEST there is! I came in with a location, budget, and vibe we were looking for the BAM. She handled it all, suggested a resort RIGHT up our alley. She made splitting the payments amongst the travelers so easy too. This is the second time I've used Casey to help with planning an out of the country vacation and I will never use anyone else! Casey is the absolute best person to plan your vacation--I won't use anyone but her. Not only is she fast and the most knowledgeable person to book for you, but she also cares about her clients and makes unique touches catered to you and your wants. I have had the most amazing experience. I contacted Casey for a business trip that I was doing for 12 people. I had a budget, and wanted somewhere tropical with a beach. The rest I left up to her. I had been to resorts before, and was hoping that it would be a great experience with great food at an all inclusive. WOW. Casey booked us a trip, well within my budget, to El dorado seaside suites in Riveria Maya. This resort, airline choice, and private transportation blew us all away. It was 5 star service all the way! As a business owner, and for personal travel, I will always trust Casey and Blue Springs travel. They are top notch. And, we even got a goodie bag complete with sunglasses and coozies for the trip. Can't wait for my next trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
