Great quality, creative combinations of easy food. I really enjoyed my Union burger - bacon was crunchy to perfection. Shrimp tacos were also very good. As an Italian, I’m not sure I’d recommend the pasta though 😜

Really enjoyed the bistro! Fast service, clean restaurant and very tasty food! Garden salad with salmon was fresh and tasty, the BLT was perfect

We were visiting family in Fairbanks for over a week and two of our family members have celiac disease so both one adult and one child need to be strictly gluten free 100% of the time. This proved to be difficult to find in Alaska in general but this place was our go to spot that made us all happy. Thank you a million for having excellent options for us! Our 7 year old daughter with celiac was able to have a GF hot dog kids meal and could also order Mac n cheese gluten free. I can’t tell you how nice it was for her to be order off the kids menu and to be able to eat French fries as they weren’t in a contaminated fryer. I ordered the special almost every time as they were able to make it gluten free for me. Both of us didn’t get sick once. We found the prices to be extremely reasonable after traveling in other places. The service was always friendly and the food always came very quickly. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

I wasn't a fan of the brisket mac and cheese but it wasn't bad either. My mother loved the tacos. Very good service here.

Not much atmosphere, but the food is warm, filling, and different and creative enough from what you might expect to warrant a visit. We had 10 in our party and had no trouble coming in placing our orders and sitting down and chowing down. The fries are a little on the salty side, but otherwise good. I think I'd recommend the Chips & Salsa side. I had their Fully Loaded Veggie and found it nice.

Service was great. Very quiet small place if you want to eat and enjoy yourself. Customer service is awesome and everyone is really friendly. Food was prepared fast and it was hot. I had a great experience. Arrived less than a hour before cooking and saw lots of orders being called in. Recommend you visit if you haven’t already.

Super delicious. You can tell the ingredients used are quality. I had the salmon sliders and jalapeño boats with fries and ranch. Their ranch is great, and I’m very picky about my ranch. The seating by the greenhouse-esque windows was so cozy, especially on a rainy day. I will definitely come back!

Came here for our first meal in Fairbanks. We ordered a few different things which came to a total of $62 before tip. Items were expensive and very underwhelming. The fries were good and home made, but the rest was extremely mediocre. The empanadas were burnt, the shrimp tacos were soggy and the salad had very strange toppings(mushrooms and a warm coleslaw?) mostly edible but wouldn’t visit again.
