Our family of 12 had a great time at Blue Oak Villa. The spacious house, fun yard and beautiful scenery made it the perfect gathering spot for our large group. Everyone was able to spread out in the house and the kids had a blast alternating between the game room, pickle ball court and swimming pool--they were happy and exhausted at the end of every day!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook (real bakeware and serving bowls! so much silverware!) and had a super clean, double fridge and freezer. At the end of the day, we dropped all of the dirty dishes in the double dishwashers--it was great! This house is made to entertain large groups with ease.

We were 5 families (with kids) who spent part of Spring Break at Blue Oaks villa. Our only regret was we wish we could have stayed longer!

The house itself is very spacious with 2 refrigerators and a huge 6 + burner stove. There were 16 of us in total and food was big theme with everyone. We made excellent use of the spacious kitchen and dining area. The dining room had spectacular views and accommodated everyone.

Both kids and adults really enjoyed the pickle ball courts, even playing in the light rain. It rained 2 days whilst we were there so the pool was cold for the adults but the kids still enjoyed it. The jacuzzi was fantastic and we all made good use of it.

The outdoor fire place was nice to gather around and watch the gorgeous sunsets. We went for walks on the grounds and enjoyed all the nearby wineries. Especially Bookish winery which is 10mis walk from the house and absolutely so beautiful.

The kids especially love the “play room” with the pool table and couches, and liked having their own space.

The owners were very responsive, if we had any questions about anything and were very proactive, in informing us about things. Would definitely want to rent this place in the future!

Fantastic place for a family reunion. There was something to do for everyone that we never felt like we had to ever leave the house. From ages 8 to 80, we all had a blast enjoying the pickleball court. It was the perfect place to gather our family so that we can have fun without feeling like we were on top of one another.
The children rotated between the many amenities: swimming, game room, playing pickleball and enjoying the big screen TV’s. There was no lack of beach towels or bath towels. Kitchens and bathrooms felt fully stocked. Host was very kind and helpful. Our family loved our time here.

We stayed at this property recently for a weekend with two families with kids and it was perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a gourmet kitchen and amazing backyard! Pickleball, bocce, hot tub and pool plus fire pit, this is the ultimate getaway! The property is very private and nestled among vineyards all around, it’s a true getaway. Also the beds are very comfortable! The game room is so fun for the kids. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Blue Oak Villa was spectacular. Our group utilized all of the facilities offered, from the pool, to the game room, to the pickle ball court. Everything was super clean and well organized. The owner was excellent in communicating with us in a timely manner. The main room was large and there was plenty of space. Even when it rained, there was plenty to do. Nestled in the midst of vineyards, it provides a beautiful backdrop. I would highly recommend Blue Oaks Villa to any group.

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of extraordinary! The kitchen, meticulously labeled, felt like a culinary haven where every item was effortlessly within reach. The inclusion of toiletries, from earplugs to makeup remover and even a toothbrush, showcased an unparalleled attention to guest comfort.

The sheer abundance of activities available, from the jacuzzi and pool to the lively pickleball and bocce ball courts provided something for all of our family members to enjoy. Moreover, the stunning estate offered breathtaking views of nearby wineries, making my stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic getaway!

We stayed there this month for 4 days and it was by far the most fun place to hang out in. They have everything.. pool, hot tub, firepit, outside grill, game room, and my favorite.. PICKLEBALL court! We used all of it. The kitchen is fully stocked and very modern. They even have two frigerators and two dishwashers plus a wine cooler. Wow, it exceeded our expecations. Didn't think Lodi had much to offer but Blue Oak Villa dispelled that 🙂

Stayed there for a retreat weekend. Everything is on the property and we never had to leave! Beautiful and not that far from the Bay Area.
