Love a pour it yourself place - such a cool concept and experience. They had a nice selection and beer and wine on tap to pour yourself. Big TVs to watch the game and even outdoor space if that’s your preference. Would definitely be a regular here if we lived here.

We stopped in on NFL playoff. They had a large crowd of 49er fans. TV are plentiful and you can see from everywhere. They did run out off cards for the poor your own drink. We tried the fig, prosciutto, and arugula pizza. It was great. I would order that pizza again! It is really more of a 4.5 star bar with good food. I gave it a 5 because it was fun with the game on and the server did a good job with as many tables as he had.

My wife and I love Blast and Brew. We're in from Texas for the second time in 3 years. Both times Jade served us and Antonio was the manager. This time was even more impressive. We showed up to watch college bowl games. Antonio, was managing and running the entire restaurant himself. His kitchen staff was amazing and stepped up to help him. Super impressed with the way this restaurant is run. The food is really great and the atmosphere is perfect, particularly if you want to watch any kind of sports.

Small section for outdoor seating with bar, high top, and some booth seating. The employees seemed friendly and attentive.

I had the Margherita pizza with Italian sausage, and it was something i could have again. I also had the carnitas fries with cheese that was good.

Blast & Brew is so amazing that you’ll come back again and again! Antonio is a master chef- the cranberry apple chicken salad is delicious and the chicken literally melts in your mouth 😋 - as well as being an awesome manager who makes sure everything runs smoothly, and helps his staff wherever they need him to be! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, when you eat here you’ll feel like you’re hanging out with friends. Every single dish we’ve tried is wonderful, and they have options for gluten free and other dietary restrictions available. The beer wall is filled with tasty choices, and it’s not just beer! Cider, wine, IPAs and much more! If you sit outside on a Saturday night you’ll enjoy live music as well!
Give Blast & Brew a try- you will love it! And you can bring your dogs too!!

Delicious food! Loved the crispy chicken sandwich with garlic fries and the Brussel sprouts appetizer! They were ccommodating to food allergies. Even kid friendly. I loved the serve-yourself beer and wine by the ounce, which was great to try the locals. Fast and friendly service! Would go back again if I ever make it over that way again. We had a blast!!

Very nice restaurant for a casual night!
The location is well designed and eating there is nice.
There is a self serving beer station with numerous beers local and imported. The system works with a provided card and you pay as you pour. Nice!
Most IPA at the time of my visit.
The food is delicious if you're in burger mood.
Our waitress was extremely kind.

My husband and I went out for a date night to Blast & Brew in Paso Robles last night and it was wonderful! We were able to walk in and get seated even though they were closing soon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was AWESOME! We highly recommend the Cowboy Burger (in pictures). The patty was handmade and thick but still cooked so that it was deliciously juicy. We are definitely going to be eating there again in the future.
