We enjoyed our visit to Blackwater Coffee Co. It was a little odd in its location, but it was not too difficult to find. There was no signage out by the street which made it a little bit harder to see. The service was very quick. The individuals who work there were friendly. We love this place coffee is good. But no drive through. I walked in and ordered one coffee, there were people before me that were waiting for food. I had to wait for them to get served before I got my coffee for at least 15 minutes . I watched as one of the dishes was ready just sitting on the counter until the other dishes were being prepared, while me; waiting for one coffee. Later that week I ate a caprese sandwich, too pricy not worth it. Chips are cool. I predict this place won’t make it but I hope it can!!! Nice atmosphere.

Hands down the best coffee shop in Clovis, NM! The staff is wonderful, professional, and attentive. The shop is clean, elegantly designed, cozy, and inviting.

During my month-long assignment in Clovis, NM, Blackwater Coffee Shop made my stay a wonderful and memorable one. I looked forward to a delicious cup of great coffee after a long workday, and it was a pleasure to lounge on the comfy couch as part of my daily ritual.

The best part of my experience was the friendly and competent staff. They remembered my drink and always served it with a smile. On my last day, I picked up my final cappuccino, and the staff took the time to write me the sweetest farewell note on my to-go cup! warmed my heart and made me feel special! A different level of customer service!

Amazing little place, can be as or more expensive than Starbucks but the quality, staff and 3rd place atmosphere are 10x better.better. Their cold brew is amazingly smooth whereas sbx has an almost sour after taste to theirs. I love this place xD

I love coming here!!! The coffee is great and the hot chocolate is stellar. All the workers are kind and seem to be treated well. I took some pictures for an essay I’m doing for a class and was fortunate enough to get permission from Mrs. Lansford. I rank them above Starbucks for the overall aesthetic as well as being a great local business!!!!

Edit (May 7th, 2023): They play much better music than Walmart and Planet Fitness 👍

Delicious breakfast bagels & coffee! Loved the atmosphere, & the employees were so kind! Clean establishment. Drinks & food came out in a timely manner. Their seating is comfortable, seems like a great place to do some studying or work. Music wasn’t too loud or obnoxious. Great overall coffee stop!

I ordered the chai tea, and my wife ordered the biscotti latte hot. They were outstandingly delicious. There was a tiny mistake on my order, but they were extremely quick to correct the situation. I just enjoyed my drink so much that I can't believe that this place isn't visited more than Starb... Well, you know who. This place is quite a gem, in my opinion. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. What a great atmosphere, extremely calming and clean. We will be returning.
Certainly a must try place, great drinks to try. Cookies and brownies at a fair price, too, and delicious. We will be trying their food next time.
