I’m beyond impressed! I used to frequent Starbucks but left to find a coffee shop that values people not just profit. BlackRock is WAY better! A home run’s difference knocking it outta the park. A little farther commute but well worth it!
Things I loved: Greeted friendly with a smile. Well crafted drinks & food. Good indoor temperature comfortable to sit in. All different music genres played so everyone can enjoy it. First I heard rock, then hiphop, seems groovy, I shazamed some songs I haven’t heard in a while felt nostalgic. There’s indoor & outdoor seating. Clean bathroom. Pleasant aromas. Really went above & beyond & out of their way; Helped build my drink & walk through setting up my rewards app. Felt at home rather than out of place in a new place. Willingness to accommodate & find perfect drink. Patience & knowledge; can’t find a way make one, even when helping others they still acknowledged I was there & would be back to helping me if I needed it, valuing both guests & spreading attention equally & appropriately. COMFY couches (I have big hips so the tan chairs make it comfortable to work & able to focus beyond ouch.) It is refreshing a company that doesn’t sweat the little things & is willing to give water (coffee dehydrates you) & cares about your experience & well being! I didn’t know what to expect & they surpassed beyond what I could have ever dreamed!
My experience(excellent btw):
The staff is friendly, accommodated perfectly my dietary restrictions, & even looked at labels to see if they had anything I couldn’t have, I was valued & cared for not only as a number & dollar sign but as a human being. I felt loved which is not typical of businesses that take a number & shove you out the door as fast as they can. Feels good!
I was first helped by a gentleman but when he couldn’t answer my questions he found someone who could. She helped me set up my BR rewards & answered questions I didn’t understand so I could start using the rewards & was understanding with how new I am. She was very patient & kind. She & he helped cater an order that I could actually enjoy even being so limited in my diet for health reasons.
The next time I came in (second visit) the gentleman remembered me & my order & asked if it worked for me & how I had liked it, (he wasn’t even the barista taking my order)I was shocked he remembered me with all the people in and out. She also answered questions & was very helpful. The baristas help each other out which is nice to see the gentleman informed her they were out of bacon for my sandwich but I got the sausage sandwich & it was very good. I normally don’t care for sausage but how it’s made here is so fresh & delicious & I especially liked that the cheese wasn’t melted all over the foil, that’s a win! The sandwich wasn’t a price gouge either so that was comforting even with the inflation. They called my name & my order was completed VERY fast & quality wasn’t sacrificed for speed either. Done fast & done right I honestly didn’t expect it to be so quick, yet again any expectations are always exceeded here, never ceasing to amaze & impress me.

This is now my favorite coffee place after only 2 visits! I will definitely be back frequently & stay a consistent guest because I am treated very well! It smells great inside & out, staff is great, nice music but not too loud I can’t focus on work. It’s so comfy to enjoy well crafted drinks & food. My only complaint would be crumbs on all tables but that’s to be expected with high traffic I don’t mind grabbing a napkin and cleaning off before I sit down, no place is perfect. I know they get to it when it slows down I saw a staff member sweeping by me my first visit. 🙂 this place regardless is A-H-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It’s also convenient location wise next to the office & the bubbly staff makes a great reward for the travels as something to look forward to! If I could rate beyond 5 stars I would!

I typically pick up coffee from here a few times a week. Like the coffee and willing to pay the prices but when you order ahead on an early Sunday morning, there are 7 people behind the counter (half of which are standing around doing nothing), and walk ins are getting orders quicker than mobile order aheads, I'll spend my money elsewhere. Every employee looked miserable to have to be there. Not a single smile across 7 employees. Disappointing location.

I go to this location for my fuel daily. Typically I am met with very very friendly staff but that is not the main issue of my review. I order the same drink daily and all I ask is that I get a fresh can of fuel (not the left overs of someone else's drink). Considering I am paying for the drink I don't think that this is a lot to ask for. This morning I asked the young lady taking my order to please make sure it was a fresh can. Instead of ensuring a fresh can, she stood in such a way that she was attempting to block the extremely rude girl making my drink using old cans off the counter top. I get my drink and to no surprise it is flat and has zero bubbles. I take the drink back for the young lady taking the order to look at me and flat out lie and state "we used a fresh can". This is not the first time I have had to take a drink back for this very reason. Previously the workers would just apologize and make a new drink and we would all go about our day. Not today, today the girl making the drink chose to roll her eyes and whisper to the young lady that took the order. My drink was remade however, it was still flat and gross. I pay almost $9.00 for a drink. Why am I getting the leftovers of another customers drink? I am not one to leave reviews but I am not okay with being treated the way I was treated this morning. I have no reason to lie about my drink being flat and I would hope that as a business, you would train your staff to be honest as well and at least have the common sense to roll their eyes and talk their crap after the customer leaves. The crew in there this morning 1/3/25, should be split up with the friendlier more customer service oriented staff.

Big disappointment and now I will have to find a new drink shop.

I came here this morning and the guy that took my order was super polite and nice. Got my full order, 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. The blonde lady at the window was very rude to me and forgot my sandwich and said I never ordered it. I said I would like the sandwich still and she rolled her eyes. The guy who took my order said that I DID order 2 sandwiches. That lady needs to work on her customer service skills. Didn’t even apologize to me. I was disappointed considering most the staff there are very nice.

The coffee is fine, but the service is lacking. I've ordered several flavored lattes from this location over the last week as I've been in the area, and they keep skipping the syrup. When asked if the latte has the flavoring in, the drivethru staff have no problems lying about it. If you're ordering anything other than a plain black coffee I'd recommend skipping the drivethru and going inside so you can make sure they actually make what you ordered.

Usually have a good experience here but this morning I ordered ahead of time. They wouldn’t give me my order at the drive thru window although they stated they’d have it ready at the window.. No line/ not busy at the time I went. Ordered ahead of time to make a smooth transition. When I parked and went inside they didn’t have my order out. When she finally brought it out I grabbed it and speedily walked towards the door to exit. 2 of the workers yelled at me in a mocking & unprofessional manner “have a niceeee daaaay 🙄💁🏻‍♀️😏” laughed and smirked when I turned to look. They had unnecessarily created a scene inside the cafe. I did not engage..

Regardless the fact I was notified 24 mins prior to my arrival my order was ready, and upon arrival they were notified from the drive thru I was present and informed me they would have it ready at the drive thru window. I had to wait on the lazy, with attitude, & unprofessional staff members. Uncertain why they want to fight with strangers in the morning? I don’t get it. Regardless. Be careful with the staff. I regularly shopped here when they 1st opened up. Now they seem to have young girls work it that do not hold emotional intelligence and lack maturity. Spot has been a hit or miss the last 3x I stopped by. By that I mean not good experience with staff the past 3x.

Aside from horrible customer service. The IV is a must try. Lots of espresso but sooo good!
GF bagel Is good. Different texture though. It’s kind of more like a loaf of bread cut in half more than a classic bagel

I have gotten coffee from here 2-3 times a week for the past month. Either by me or my brother picking it up. Got the same thing every time a white chocolate foam cold brew and it’s on point. Today I go in and get told they wont make it. Not cause they are out but cause it’s a “sauce and they are not supposed use for cold foam”. I think the manager is out and the employee just didn’t want to make it. So I got vanilla and it was not good, very bitter, with very little foam. The barista today was just not in the mood? Iv been here before on a Sunday with my girl and have gotten a bad tasting cold brew then too. So I didn’t come back for a while. Starbucks will at least make any drink for you as long as they have the ingredients in house unlike here they just choose yes one day and no another. No one said pumpkin spice? I’m asking for white chocolate cold foam which has been made several times and it’s been delicious.

So fast! We did a walk-in order around 9:30am, but the service was astounding and our order was ready super quick! Ham and cheese croissant was tasty and the coffee was perfect. We’ll be back!
