Every year, my wife insists on a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing for her birthday. This year I ordered from Black Bear Bakery. This cake was Incredible! Buddy "Cake Boss" Valastro would be in AWE. Last year we had one mailed to us from his New York City restaurant. The Black Bear Bakery easily WINS this bakeoff! This cake was so moist and the icing was the BEST she has ever tasted. My wife knows cake 😉

Food & desserts are beautiful & tempting to look at. I loved the chocolate chip scone! Iced cinnamon roll was a bit disappointing for me, but my husband liked it. The coconut cake was good; we both liked it. I previously had the pumpkin cheesecake & loved it! Nice bakery w/very pleasant workers. Open much later than expected for a bakery. There are other things besides desserts, so people can find things like egg salad & other goodies for a lunch.

Awesome find while doing laundry across the street! We were doing laundry at laundromat and wanted to grab some lunch nearby. We saw this little unassuming bakery and decided to give it a try. We were greeted with a friendly smile. We ordered the lunch special to share and boy we were glad we shared!! It was so BIG and so FRESH! Delicious. I can’t wait to try the baked goods while we are in town. Give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for great comfort food with a sweet snack on the side this is your place! I haven’t had a lunch special yet that I haven’t enjoyed! The stuffed peppers are my favorite! Instead of going for fast food I recommend this place any day and they have a drive thru so it’s win win!

We've had cheesecake that was phenomenal, the best hot chocolate around, a great lemonade smoothie/slush thing, awesome BBQ, and some other items. I didn't care for the normal donuts, but my husband really enjoyed the filled ones. Definitely give it a shot!

Went there twice to get coffee in the afternoon. The first time it was whatever coffee they had left over from breakfast. The second time was around 3:30 in the afternoon and before the guy rang me up I asked how old the coffee was and he told me it had been sitting there since 8 that morning on a hot plate. I asked for my card back and left. How are you gonna run a bakery and not serve reasonably fresh coffee? Makes no sense

Such a delightful addition to our town of Oak Hill! The food is delicious and the variety is fresh! Everything my husband and I have eaten here is lovely. Restuarant is cute and employees polite. Oh, did I mention affordable? I'm a huge fan!
