My boyfriend and I just had the best dinner here ! The food is delicious ! Pesto is best I’ve ever had, and we loved the pazzo salad and rod meatballs . We were too full for dessert, but I’m saving room for next time. So happy we live close, because this is our new favorite neighborhood restaurant. Service was so great - the owner came out several times to check on how we were doing.

To start out, the pesto served with the ciabatta is so fresh and delicious! I ordered a pasta dish that also was excellent. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Highly recommend! Also it's on a less busy street so it seems like it should be easy to get a table for dinner.

We were looking for a place to eat and by chance run into this small Italian restaurant. Food was delicious, very fresh and kid friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely as well as the owner who took care of us.

Amazing!! My mom and I had an incredible dinner here and this was our favorite meal on our trip to San Diego. The owner, who was also our waiter, Seto, took great care of us. 100% recommend and looking forward to going back!

Awesome local Italian place. Tried the Rodfather (not a spelling mistake) meat ball pasta, and it was awesome. The home made pesto that came with the bread I could drink straight, it was that good. Glad to be a local to this place. Definitely more visits in the future

This is my family's favorite restaurant in La Jolla for Italian fare. Their salmon and branzino are amazing. The bread is super fresh, the chicken marsala is delicious. We have yet to try something we didn't like. Most of all, the owner Seto is warm and inviting. It feels like coming home. The location is peaceful with a cute patio for summer time dining. No loud crazy music playing and you can enjoy dinner time conversation. Try it and support local businesses!

From the service, to the scene and quality of the food, Bistro Pazzo was a really enjoyable experience. Highly recommend the Bietole. The Spaghetti Alla Bolognese felt like a classic home cooked meal - nothing over the top but a good dish. Dogs are welcome on the patio and the staff is very friendly.

We live in La Jolla village and have been searching for our “go to” Italian restaurant. It took us 5 tries - but Bistro Pazzo fits the bill. Small, family run place (the owner was our waiter). The food was exceptional, everything served hot and fresh, and they were very accommodating with special order due to allergies. We’ll ben back!
