Great store, very clean and tidy! The homemade injera was delicious. I thought the customer service was excellent and everyone was very nice. The few negative reviews posted say more about the probably troublesome customer than the store because I had a great experience. The store was also busy and seems to be popular. Can't wait to come back and try more things!

There is a lot of issues including customer service. 1. Every time I go there to buy meat, they sell me the vey low quality with a lot of waste on it, and I have to put a lot of in to garbage after I go home. I see they sell really good meat to some people that were in front of me but I guess they choose people to sell good to some people and bad to others. They never sold me any good meat. 2. They also charge us .55 cents for the wrapping paper they use to wrap the meat without telling us, that's not even legal to do so. 3. When I ask 2 or 3 pounds of meat they put more and they charge me more when I don't need more.
It's very bad. I am not going there anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone.

One of the very poorest customer service.
I stopped by few weeks ago. I asked the store keeper where I can find the item that I was looking for. The store keeper even don't want to see my face. He just said "go to that corner, you'll find it." I was shocked what a nice service!!! I just walked out. He didn't say anything.
A friend of mine just told me this story.
He sent money to his parents back home. Their agent didn't give them the right amount. He informed them what happened, but they are not either to do the follow up there or to return the processing fee here.
If you really want to be upset by their poor customer go and see them.
But I'll say "DON'T GO THERE"
