This is truly Dothan's best kept secret. The food and service here is always top notch. You can only choose to eat out as there is no seating in here. But the line moved fast and there is a daily changing menu as well as some staples that always stay. The homemade pound cake and other desserts are amazing as well. Definitely check this place out!

I am very disappointed. I thought this was home style cooking. I ordered baked chicken, turnip greens, and carrot soufflé. First, the turnip greens wasn’t seasoned and taste like it was poured out of a can. The baked chicken was dry like beef jerky, but the carrot soufflé was pretty good. This is nothing like soul food. This food taste like elementary/hospital food. I almost forgot about the mac n cheese. This mac n cheese tastes just like box mac n cheese. There was love put in it. This was the worst mac n cheese I’ve ever tasted. What of wast of my time. This plate went straight to the garbage can.

The food was extremely bland. I had turkey and dressing, mac and cheese, and English peas (although I asked for field peas). The turkey was a bit tough, the dressing was basically wet cornbread with no seasoning, and the mac and cheese was straight from a box with that tasteless cheese sauce. I probably will not eat there again.

I rarely leave reviews . But I gave 5 stars on everything !! Today was my first time going here ! The staff was so nice ! And the food is so good and drinks are included in the price for a plate !
It’s nice that there is a place in Dothan that has real food for a good price . It’s not overly processed junk food ! !

Food horrible! Nice appearance, but nasty tasting. I No season, over cooked. Ordered 2 plates, everything was refrigerator cold after waiting in a long line. Atmosphere extremely small can't even get to pay. Establishment is someone that just wants you to get a plate and leave trying to strike gold in a 300 ft. Atmosphere. You're better off just staying home boiling you an egg..
