Comfy, well-equipped cabins, a riverside view that will take your breath away, access to guides who help you enjoy fishing even more than you thought possible... All run by a host who has brought the best of southern hospitality up to the Last Frontier. We caught our limit of sockeye, had it securely packed, and can't wait to enjoy it. Hope to return!

This is my 3rd consecutive year staying at Bill White's and turned out to be the best trip yet. I stayed in cabin 2 with 3 other fishing friends and had another group in cabin 3.. Accommodations were comfortable with plenty space for cooking and hanging out. Nice view of Kenai River from balcony. Many times we sat outside with our coffee to watch the sun rise and listen to the river. Bill Jr visited us most every day to keep us abreast of fishing conditions and where to fish for best results. We landed our limits every day. We had plenty interaction with his wife Ogie and parents Bill Sr. and Jerry that included a sit down dinner by the campfire. Looking forward to next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill White's Alaska Sports Lodge! We were there with our in-laws and two small dogs. Bill allowed the pets with a refundable deposit, which we so appreciated. The Coho cabin was nicely appointed, peaceful and situated perfectly with majestic views of the Kenai River. Bill was so helpful and generous in my attempt to catch a sockeye, giving me pointers and lending gear. Ogie was wonderfully friendly, warm and welcoming. Really cool folks, and I so appreciated their kindness. ||||The location is primo, with lots of away-from-the-crowd spots for fishing, via little trails along the shore, or from a platform below the lodge. Bill can also arrange a guided fishing trip for you if you prefer. ||||Great spot, and just about 10 minutes out of Soldotna, so though it's remote, there is access to stores, to stock your cabin's full kitchen... in case you don't stock it with freshly-caught salmon first!

The cabin is newer and right on the river. From it we saw moose eagles and rushing river. So beautiful and quiet. Bill JR. and Sr. We’re so delightfully wonderful. Camp fire every night, great stories and everything you ever wanted to know about mushrooms for eating and Alaska! I generally choose my own vendors but because they were so real and such honest kind people I trusted their recommendations for both salmon river fishing and halibut. Both were spot on especially Fish with Hill. Solid honest good people flock together and I am so thankful for the hospitality and Alaska experience. There were not many reviews and I took the chance and boy was it a great decision as it was a wonderful experience. Could not have been better. Pictures are from the balcony of our unit.

Awesome place, we were traveling through he area and stopped for two nights. I wish we had more time we would have stayed longer. Bill set up us up with poles, lures, nets and waders. We wanted to fish the famous Kenai river, and it did not disappoint. We caught som many fish we had to start releasing them. Bill and his father were great hosts, lighting a campfire at night so we could tel stories about "the one that got away". We will definitely go back.

If you all are looking for an amazing lodge and having your own modern comfortable cabin right on the river with a river view then this is your place. Bill JR. and Bill Sr. Run this place and are the most interesting kind people I have met in a long time. They set up everything for us fishing wise and we caught limits. The camp fire 🔥 while it is light out was fun too. I will definitely be back. Don’t forget to ask about the mushrooms. The pictures were taken from the balcony.

I have stayed with Bill White 3 times in the past 4 years. Every time Bill has gone out of his way to provide an outstanding fishing experience. The lodges provides several different types of accommodations. I have stayed in the rooms below the main lodge and the cabins located on the property. The cabins have one bedroom with 2 beds and a loft with 2 or 3 beds. A breath taking view of the river from the deck on the back of the cabin. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and eating utensils and plates.|| This is the place to stay if you want to have a great fishing experience. I will be back next year if there are cabins available.
