Came through the drive through and got a brisket bean and cheese taco per usual. I was greeted by shae at the window and she immediately brightened up my day with her smile and attitude. She is a light on sunshine and super sweet may God bless her and her family. Thanks bill millers for hiring such a great person.

The food was good, as usual. But I added an extra tender to the #4 and sub the gravy with BBQ sauce. I didn't get the 4th tender or the BBQ sauce.

pulled through the drive thru ..
got the rancher plate- brisket,sausage,mac, coleslaw, beans, roll and limonade.

brisket was thin sliced and it was good .the sausage was good too good flavor in the sausage .
the mac was good it was cheesy , the beans where decent i guess and the coleslaw was sweet and lemony. everything was good expect the coleslaw .
the bbq sauce was tangy and kinda sweet definitely tasted good .
drive thrue was fast .

I had such a satisfying experience at Bill Miller’s BBQ, I just had to leave a glowing review. Everything from the packaging to the flavor left me genuinely impressed.

Let’s start with the Wrangler Plate — perfectly packed, neat, and ready to devour. The 1/4 white chicken was cooked to absolute perfection — juicy, tender, and kissed with just the right amount of smoky flavor. I loved that the sauce was packed on the side (which I requested), and it was so worth it — tangy, bold, and paired beautifully with the meat. The pinto beans and Spanish rice were warm and comforting, and don’t even get me started on that gravy… thick, rich, and savory. I could’ve bathed in it.

The sausage wrap? Delicious — I enjoyed it like a guilty pleasure. Wrapped tight, with mustard and a side of gravy sample, it hit all the right notes.

They didn’t forget a thing: the condiments, the lemon/lime, the mustard, even a little bread on the side — it was all there. No missing items, no mess, no fuss. It honestly felt like they cared when putting this together.

The small fries were golden and crisp, and next time? I’ve got my eye on that Dutch apple pie — because something tells me it’s as good as the rest of the meal.

All in all, the experience was delicious, efficient, and comforting. Bill Miller’s BBQ did not disappoint, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon

I visited Bill Miller’s today on Leopard. My go to was the #5 combination brisket,sausage sandwich with potato salad plus sweet tea.
It was delicious,the brisket was very juicy and moist.
I will say the staff is warm and friendly.
Certainly was the best experience.

Always was a huge fan of Bill miller's. I would get lunch from there everyday at work. Not anymore. 8 of the last 10 times they gave messed up my order! Prices are super high what you get is super low. This salad I just got totally unacceptable! It's 5.10 and I has less than a dollar of produce guaranteed! It literally weighs nothing. Everything has went downhill very badly from management, wait times, portions, price. The only thing worth buying anymore is fried chicken.

I had the 2 meat with 3 sides. Pork ribs, bbq chicken with green beans, coleslaw and pinto beans. With a slice of coconut pie 😋. Everything was great except the chicken was a little dry. Service was awesome. Atmosphere everyone was pleasant. 1st time I have been there, I'll be back. They also have a bar with rolls, butter, pickles, onions and a few other items and the sweet tea spot-on

Waited 20 minutes for one taco. There were only 3 people in front of me. This happens everytime I come to this Bill Millers. Maybe this restaurant is a training store. As I'm waiting there are 2 people in front of me. About to leave this bill millers just goes to slow.
