I went here with my cousin Billy thinking he had set up a meet & greet with one of my all time favorite bands Big Time Rush. He drove me over here while I was blindfolded and all he told me was “gotta live it big time”. So while all excited I kept thinking of all the things Id ask Carlos, Kendall, James, and Logan (no particular order I love them all equally). When we arrived I quickly released we were not meeting them and I got all upset with Billy but little did I know we were in for a big(time) amount of entertainment! The go-karting was so much fun! Someone did drive into a wall and suffered a whiplash but they laughed it off! The staff was kind and quick to assist. When we did the vr experience oh my i did not expect the amount of fun I would have. I want to go back here next week and play on the arcade, I heard they have Polybius here!

I stopped by while in town with my family. I'm from Birmingham so we have go-karts here. The go-karts were nice and not that expensive, however the arcade and bowling were incredibly expensive for no apparent reason. We went on a Friday night and the place was EMPTY compared to places in our area. The prices were ridiculously high honestly. The staff didn't seem to want to be there at all. Some were friendly and some were flat out rude. I asked a local person in the area if they had been there and they immediately said yes but would never go back because of the pricing alone. I give the place 3 stars. The staff in the front could use more customer service training. The staff in the go-kart area were amazing!

Great time!!
My gang definitely enjoyed themselves. We purchased the Big Family package and we were every where. The facility was very clean and the staff were more than amazing and welcoming.
Definitely will be back for more fun. We went race karting, laser tag, arcade, and the kids did the ninja course all day!
I wish the served alcohol but even the food was great.
10/10 Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic amusement center for families and adults! Attractions include child soft play, a small but modern arcade, mini golf, laser tag, bowling, axe throwing, a Ninja Warrior course, and a multi-level go kart track. There is also a cafe with standard fast food-type fare and a lovely patio out back next to the axe throwing. Prices for the attractions were fairly reasonable (though food is pricey). Staff were very friendly and helpful!

I'd give it a 3.5, almost 4 mostly based on the expense of it. It can easily add up quick for a family. Went on a Saturday in May 2024 after lunch as a group of 9. We played putt putt, virtual reality, ninja warrior course, arcade, axe throwing & laser tag. Spent about 4- 5 hours there.

Location: easy to find by gps. Has its own parking lot & easy to park.

Service: could be more interactive or work the floor more. Most interaction is behind the counter and it was a little scattered. It would be nice to have a worker stationed at each area or just interacting more with guests.

Atmosphere: open, could be easily crowded but spaced out pretty well. Good for general fun, birthdays, etc.

Things to do: putt putt, bowling, laser tag, ninja warrior course, arcade, go karts, axe throwing and virtual reality. There are small eats near the bowling alley (nachos, drinks, etc.).

Personally think putt putt is best bang for your buck. It was $9/person for 18 holes. It took us about 1 1/2 hours to go through it as a large group. Only downfall of putt putt is its outside in direct sun- no shade at all except one hole that goes through a cave-like area. Otherwise, you'll be in the sun. It got hot really quick. Also they should do something for hole-in-ones. You get nothing. They could easily give arcade prize points or even a bottle water as a prize. Just something!

The ninja warrior course is probably the best kid activity because its $10 for all day. Our 11 year old did about 5 laps during our time there. Biggest downfall of the ninja warrior course is its strategically placed where you have to walk through the arcade to get to & runs above the arcade so kids are gonna see the arcade and want it. Also the entry/exit gets really congested- they also could use a shoe cubby because shoes just pile up on the floor.

Our 19 year old nephew and adults enjoyed the virtual reality. It was $7/person.

The arcade will get you quick. You put money on a card and use it to play games (some give you points for prizes & some dont). It also has a 3% charge if you load the card with a debit card rather than cash. Each game costs $1 and up with most being $2+. While there was a decent variety (racing, shooting, basketball, claw machine, etc), there were a few that were broken. Also, it takes a lot of points to get anything decent. We spent $20 in the arcade and our 11 year old got 227 points which was just enough to get play handcuffs (225 points).

My husband & SIL played laser Tag & ace throwing & enjoyed it. Laser tag was $7/person for 7 minutes and they felt that was decent. The laser tag is 2 stories with lighted vests. They did say it was so dark they did hit walls and trip sometimes. Axe throwing was about $30 for 30 minutes. They took them to the area and gave them a notebook (they weren't told what the book was for but realize it was for score). They said that although they hit the target, sometimes it wouldn't stick so maybe the axe was too dull.

We did not try the go karts but they looked fun. We also didn't do bowling because it was $45/lane and only allowed 6 people per lane.

Overall, a great addition to the area. I do wish it could be a little more affordable, especially bowling & arcade. They would benefit from awarding guests more with hole-in-ones at putt putt (even if only on certain holes), having better prizes for arcade points (bc alot of it is cheap items), and maybe even doing a punch card for visits (one punch or stamp/ visit).

Has a lot of potential.

If you are planning a gender reveal this is an amazing place to do it! The VIP lanes are the perfect place to gather your family and friends for this special event. They have pink and blue pins and even set up the lights to flash pink and blue was we bowled and had Gender Reveal up on the screens! It was such a great set up!! They have beautiful party rooms, plenty of table and space and let me not forget to say how really good the pizza here is! Denise and Danny will go above and beyond to assist you in your party planning. I highly recommend Big Time Entertainment for your events! You will not be disappointed. Everything from start to finish was smooth, easy and stress free!!

This was a fun place!! The bowling alley upstairs was really nice! Our lane had a few hiccups but the attendants was always quick to fix and make them right! After bowling our kids went to the ninja obstacle course they loved it and went through it many times! While waiting the adults found some awesome massage chairs!!!!! 3 minutes for 1$!!! It was this moms dream!! The go carts was also a lot of fun and the putt-putt was a blast! We enjoyed this place so much! After playing a few games I won my mom a lava lamp 🥰🥰 we will definitely make a special trip back to Oxford Alabama for this place!
