I ordered a large DoorDash order over $100… when I got my drink it was barely 3/4 of the way full. I ordered a 24oz Legendary Latte. I feel like I was cheated, I tried calling the shop multiple times with no answer.

In the past this location has been good. Gave it 4stars. NOW it’s lost its touch. Whoever oversees this location really needs to hire people who know how to make drinks. The lady from this morning 2/5/2025 around 7:15am doesn’t know how to make promotional drinks or even the menu drinks. Either that or she purposely made both my drinks like garbage. I ordered and ask for the legendary latte and a valentines limited edition macchiato bliss both 20oz both with whip cream. Once I received my drinks there was no whip on either. I asked if she could put whip on as I had ordered it she quickly grabbed one drink turned around and put whip cream on it. As you can see in the pictures it looks NOTHING like what the digital screen showed. When I went to taste both drinks they BOTH TASTED LIKE BURNT COFFEE, the pink one tasted like thick medicine. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Please if corporate sees this help this location because they need it. I will tell everyone I know that Yakima Bigfoot is not worth the frustration. Coming here turned my goodmorning into an angry morning and potentially day. What is crazy to me is I even tipped the lady BEFORE she made my drinks. NEVER GOING BACK.

All right well I was so excited for the 24 hour coffee shop when I moved into this area. I love helping out small businesses and excited to become show love. Always the customer that likes to leave random $20 tips and Christmas present for my coffee girls. Was pretty shocked when I pulled up and they said they didn’t take my US debit card. Because it didn’t have a chip in it. I was pretty shocked. I asked her why and she said look it’s not because I don’t trust you it’s because Of fraud. So I go oh hold on let me grab my ID and my other debit card so you can see it’s me. She said no, I won’t even try swiping it. Which I think is, she was a little Kind with how she came across it probably would’ve made a big difference. I told her It made me feel weird. No I’m sorry about that or trust me girl. It’s not you. It’s just how it works. I guess Look for Way to say yes and make a customer happy and feel welcomed. Definitely did not feel welcomed. I don’t even think anyone smiled or said hi to me or greeted me at all. I ended up paying with Apple Pay got my coffee. Still haven’t tried it because I went straight to Look at your reviews! And it looks like I’m not the only customer that has issues with the customer service! You chased off a dedicated customer that would’ve totally supported you and have lots of family that comes into town! Along with the SUV full of kids, I always buy drinks for. But hey, it’s your business and if you want to continue to have mediocre customer service and not have new customers that’s on you! I really think this could be an amazing place. especially with it being 24 hours. FYI, coffee is OK. It’s a decent Ice white mocha but I think because of the experience I just had it just left me feeling blah! Anyways, I just wanted to give my honest feedback Back!

This place sucks. Every time I come here I wait in line for 20 minutes. Customer service sucks. They need to hire girls who are experienced and not take 20 minutes making each drink.

Worst service I have ever experienced for a coffee stand. I had attitude from the baristas, I had to repeat over 4 times for my order, they made my kids drink and my drink way too hot, and they had no milk. Again it was the worst experience ever.

Drove 3 hours just to get coffee from my favorite coffee stand. I absolutely love Bigfoot Java and this location is the closest to me. I was utterly surprised with all the negative reviews 😐 I don't have one bad thing to say about our visit here. Our barista greeted us, was pleasant towards us, and very efficient. Our drinks were made exactly how we like them. Thank you Bigfoot Java. It was worth my 3 hour drive.

I come here 4-5 times a week and get my coffee, sometimes it gets made wrong & the girls in the morning are happy to fix it for me. Anytime I come in the afternoon or evening a blonde girl is usually there by herself & she is very rude. I went today at 3:15pm to order my coffee. It took her 7 mins just to greet me and take my order & then she is arguing with me how to make what I asked for. I know I am not a barista but none of the other girls have ever argued with me. I am not sure what the blondes name is but she is very rude and needs to find a job out of customer service. She made my coffee wrong & gave me the wrong size. If she is ever the one working I will just drive by and take my money else where.

It's a coffee stand, one i wi t be going to again. 7/11 is better. I have drank coffee in a foreign country in a foxhole brewed froma dirty sock, that was better than the swill I was handed.
We ordered 2 cold brews. The coffee tastes awful. I can't drink it. Working graveyard is rough, but coffee is the usual pick me up. Since I travel for work Bigfoot Java had been a staple in my life. Typically it's done well, all over the greater Seattle area. Yakima's is hands down the worst one I've been too. Do yourself a favor, buy a Rockstar you'll at least be able to consume it. Really, how do you make a cold brew taste so god awful?
