Great Customer Service. The RIBS were juicy and tender. The RIBS and BBQ Sauce was delicious. Potato salad and MacNcheese were nice.

It was so good that I ate the whole plate and extra ribs. Big Foot BBQ if you’re travelling through the state. Go Big or Go Home!🤣🙌🏾🙏🏽

I got the brisket plate with Mac-n-cheese and beans, amazing! My son got the pulled pork sandwich, he’s a picky eater and said it’s the best one he’s ever had. My younger son got the rib plate and absolutely loved it! The brisket was perfect and I’m not sure how you make the Mac-n-cheese but it was soooo good.

Crispy chicken sandwich with Cole slaw and onions was good. A bit too much mayo dressing, but hot juicy chicken. Pulled pork is in the sweeter side, which isn’t a personal preference, but it’s a solid sandwich with some tang. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but I’d stop for a chicken sandwich if I was in the area. Might try the ribs before really deciding…pork can run sweet.

This is the epitome of Destination BBQ. The mac and cheese is creamy and flavorful. The potato salad is house made, fresh, and well seasoned. They make brisket chili, and it’s like a warm hug. The pulled pork sandwich has crispy slaw that has just the right amount of kick to it, it perfectly complimented the meat and house bbq sauce. My partner also had a Rueben, it was “the best Rueben I’ve ever had, the dressing is amazing” The banana pudding is the perfect end to an extraordinary meal. We will DEFINITELY be back 🤤

The brisket and ribs were good. But that smoked turkey…*#^**^ game changer. I didn’t know turkey could taste like that and be that moist. My daughter is demanding it for her birthday. She’s 3. And she used to think she was a vegetarian. It’s worth a deviation from I-5 whenever you get the chance.

I bought the smoked pastrami/Ruben sandwich. A 1/4 rack of ribs and a side of collard greens. I will definitely be back. The quality of the food, the flavors, The customer service, and the prices are exactly why I will be back. There's only One place I will order collard greens. I tried bigfoot's collard greens and it blew my mind. Every single thing that we ordered was excellent. And all of this is done in a food truck! I have to admit I was trying to wait until I got home to eat. I didn't make it I have rib juice all over my steering wheel 😂 sauerkraut from the pastrami on my shirt but I don't care because this food is made with love. Absolutely worth the stop.

I got the Brisket Bigfoot Sandwhich. I got it with the pickled red onion and the house bbq sauce. If want a simple sandwhich on a delicious butter toasted bun, Highly recommended.

It is a large Bigfoot amount of perfectly smoked and chopped brisket with a kiss of sauce on top to keep it all perfectly miost and not over flavored. The onion was a perfect compliment, and the sauce was a nice lil sweet peppery compliment.

Price point was fair and that it is available everyday is a nice highlight as well. The staff and chef are very friendly and will answer every question you have about the food truck lifestyle. Stop by for great consistent eats and good people 👍

Absolutely will stop again!! Amazing ribs, we also tried a pulled pork burger and a brisket burger. Everything tasted great and we will definitely be back, soon!
The Mac & Beans were great as well!
