Fantastic service, amazing owners, and incredible food.. I called in for a short notice small wedding order thinking they would be too busy I just had a small bit of hope. Even though Big J's had a 200 person party they were working on, they still were able to slid us in and build our charcuerie board. Absolutely impressed with them, definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you both again, you guys made our wedding great!

Big J's catered a 50-person event for us last night. Heather and James are wonderful people that are super easy to work with. Their barbecue was amazing. This is the first time in Alaska that I have seen anyone carve a brisket on site, and it was divine! When we announced that everyone could take the leftovers home, it was a feeding frenzy. This was a crowd of Texans that know their barbecue, so that alone spoke volumes. I will definitely use Big J's again, and I highly recommend them for your next event (or lunch)!

Heather was absolutely amazing to work with, so responsive and took all of my questions and changes to the menu in stride. We had about 3 months to re-plan our wedding due to COVID and she was so quick with turnaround time for quotes and information. The food was AMAZING and the service was fantastic, highly recommend them for events and catering!!
