PRO TIP! The pig out platter can serve 2 people or more. We both got this platter and could not even eat half of it. Save money and split it! Our eyes were larger than our brains at the time. We even had the burnt ends as an appetizer and still overestimated our stomach sizes. However this place is GOOD. I’m from the south and this place is better than some southern BBQ restaurants. The sauces are good, the sides are good and the meats are better. My favorites were the brisket and pulled pork. We tried our best to finish it all but had to take 70% of it with us. Definitely recommend to any big meat lovers out there who want a taste of the south!

We are visiting from Tampa and have had BBQ all over America so when we saw that Guy Fieri said this place is on point we decided to check it out! He was right! Our favorite was the brisket, sausage, pulled pork and ribs! Even the baked beans were done right. The chicken was a little dry but the turkey was surprisingly good too. The service was awesome! Very attentive, sweet and quick service! Loved the bar area too. Overall it was a good place to stop by and hang out before we went back home.

While traveling alone in Fairbanks area on Thanksgiving I was advised by a local to go there for a Thanksgiving dinner since all the places were completely booked.
The dinner was FREE of charge as a part of giving in to the Fairbanks community!
Was so nice to seat at the same table with locals and visitors alike.
The thanksgiving spirit at its finest!
Will visit again when have a chance for sure!

Great dinner! The food was tasty and in gigantic portions. The server was friendly, and the mixed drinks were creative, strong, and yummy. Super laid back vibe. We'd go there again for sure.

Nice little place. Close to the hotel I was staying at and the office location.
They served up the BBQ without the bun like I ordered and it was pretty good, definitely filling.
Staff were nice and service was good. No complaints.

When you get in you'll be greeted by the bar in the middle and everything is all scattered. I was thinking of a wedding party that started to arrive at that time too. Ordered chicken and Ribs, The ribs were well-seasoned but the chicken was a bit dry. Ordered a margarita and it was awesome!
Overall I may gonna try some of the food in the menu. There is a mandatory tip so don't be surprised if you got a bill the a bit high than you should pay.

Big Daddy’s came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The food was delicious, portion sizes were appropriate, and we left very satisfied and eager for our next visit.

The burnt ends were tender and juicy and so flavorful. The ribs were fall off the bone and for burgers, you can’t go wrong with the BBQ burger or Western burger.

To call this BBQ would be a stretch. My expectations weren’t high for BBQ in Alaska, but they weren’t this low. Food presentation was nice, but no smoke rings on anything, or even a hint of smoke flavor. I had the pig out platter and added some burnt ends for good sampling. The burnt ends were not burnt ends, they were simply chunks of bland brisket covered in BBQ sauce. Brisket was bland and more fat than meat. Turkey was super thin and dry. Pulled pork was actually pretty good. Turkey was terrible, bland and dry. Chicken was the worst I’ve ever eaten, the seasoning was just awful. Smoked sausage was ok. Ribs were very bland and dry. We had the BBQ beans and Mac and cheese as sides and they were pretty good. Really disappointed that nothing actually tasted smoked, it all tasted like it was made in an oven.

On the bright side, this place has a really cool environment. The eating area and restrooms were super clean, staff was super polite and attentive.
