Very nice and friendly people. They have a guided hike available and clean restrooms. The only reason I held back a Star is because side there was no information on FOBBL or Jackie and Shadow.

Awesome place to get info in town. The moment we walked in a woman was offering to be of assistance. Two ladies were giving information over the phone at the front desk and a man assisted us while we were looking at the pamphlets. Very helpful since some of the things we were planning were not available that day like the trolley and the Museum.

Amazing source for information about things to do in the Big Bear Valley. All their maps and materials are free and you can also get things like Adventure (parking) Passes and BBMR Ski/Snowboard and Mtn biking / sky chair passes. This one stop will make planning your time in Big Bear a breeze.
