This was our first time in Big Bear and Cool Cabins was a great choice! Our cabin was next to a park, within walking distance of the lake, and very pet friendly. It was also close to the Village and Magic Mountain where they have the alpine slides and coaster. All together a Great experience!

Great stay, beautiful view! Very spacious lots of fun games for the kids, spa was great. Everyone had a blast but the stairs the stairs were tough. Lots of them! But thank you Cool cabins you never disappoint!

Our cabin was absolutely spectacular. As soon as we stepped inside, we were blown away by the impeccable cleanliness and the well-maintained rooms. The kitchen was the heart of the cabin and had everything we could possibly need, including a large refrigerator, fully stocked pots and pans, and a convenient microwave. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate all of our belongings. The back yard had a stunning view, and we spent alot of time bonding around the fire pit making s'mores. And the best part? The cabin was pet-friendly! Being able to bring our furry babies along on our vacation and make memories with them was the cherry on top. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was such a wonderful stay. The cabin is so cute and cozy! Everything one could need to be comfortable is available! There is plenty of working heaters, fully stocked kitchen, comfy sofa, and It was clean, presentable, and modern. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the night.

Everything was perfect. The cabin was so clean and perfect for our romantic Valentine’s Day get away with another couple that we are close friends with. The only complaint I have is that at 10:50 am the cleaning crew arrived and we were just finishing up packing and cleaning up to leave at exactly 11am. They were in our way and I was getting confused at which trash bag was ours with our laundry to take home and their trash bag with the sheets they pulled off etc. the need to arrive at 11:05 am to allow the guest to make sure they got everything and not feel stressed out with 3 strangers cleaning while you are trying to leave and be organized! Other than that we had a fabulous time.

•I opted in before booking for early check in 11-1:00pm on AirBnb.

•This time frame was approved by the host “Cool Cabins” and the booking went through (paid).

• Once paid and booked I got a welcome message stating that no early check in was available. 4pm will be the time of check in.

•I contacted the host via text and asked if any early check in was available because it was approved before the booking.

••You’ll see in the messages below he tells me to check back with them later in the day!!

I do, he basically tells me there’s nothing I can do for early check in till the morning of my trip. I can’t take a gamble and wait around 4 hours so I asked to cancel.

And since I waited till later in the day (like the host asked me to) the host told me the cancellation period ended for a full refund.

I called AirBnb, they deemed the host in the wrong and refunded my entire trip.

The cabin is stocked with so many essential items that it makes it feel like you are at home. We had 3 people, but could have comfortably slept 6 in there. After staying in over two dozen different cabins in Big Bear, I can say without hesitation that staying there is easily one of my top 3 experiences.

The cabin as well as the booking process were pleasant! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, which was great. I loved that it was a gated/fenced property and was able to leave our fur baby outside to roam around. We will definitely book again and recommend this cabin to anyone in search of a weekend getaway!
