Decided to stop by while on a roundtrip. It seemed like I had arrived at a great time, right after the breakfast rush. The environment and décor was unique and reminiscent of an old time dinner. There were cool and unique details all over the place. I could right away tell that this was a local gem. I decided to order a Julius, omelet and cinnamon roll. Food was great. The total time I spent waiting from when I was first seated until I left was not. It was about near empty and I found myself waiting to the the waiter quite a bit to the point I had to chase her down to get the check. Still a good stop and experience.

Big Apple Diner is a beloved spot in our town, and for good reason! It's our go-to place for Sunday brunch, always buzzing with energy and friendliness. Their milkshakes are a standout, especially the coconut one—it’s a must-try and absolutely addictive. While we enjoy everything on the menu, our kids are big fans of the fried chicken and classic breakfast options.

Today, I decided to switch things up and ordered the crispy chicken salad. It was great, with a perfect balance of crispy chicken and flavorful seasoning. The portion sizes are spot on—not too little, not too much.

The staff at Big Apple Diner always go above and beyond with their attentiveness and friendliness. Since the recent ownership change, the diner has become even more inviting, with charming interior updates and slight menu tweaks that have only increased its popularity. The addition of free Wi-Fi is a thoughtful touch that shows they truly care about their customers’ comfort.

A small but meaningful moment during our visit today was when I requested hot water. The staff brought me a pot of hot water and a cup, which really highlighted their excellent service.

Whether you're planning a family gathering, a casual brunch with friends, or even a birthday celebration, Big Apple Diner is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Stopped by around 11am. Super busy. Ordered omelets. Veggies were super crunchy as though they were just thrown into the omelet after being cut up. Red potatoes side dish was great tasting but larger potato pieces were not cooked through and were crunchy. Order came out incorrectly with wrong bread side and when the correct side was brought out, it was burnt, cold and very hard. (English muffin) overall ok experience. Slightly disappointed. Will stop by again when it's less busy and give it another go. Server was very nice. Service was chaotic.

This is my first time in this place. I was getting work done right next door at PNW Wrap Co. Breakfast was really good. Nice thick, hickory smoked bacon was super flavorful. Their strawberry waffle was really good, too! Also, very good coffee! Service was quick and the waitress was very attentive. I will return.

We use to frequent this place, but we moved. Having not been here in several years we gave it try. WOW! We'll be going back more frequently again. The food quality is amazing. I had the chicken fried steak with biscuits and extra gravy. The gravy was yummy and the service outstanding! I can't wait to go back.

Solid food for a great price, lots of atmosphere, and the server was even good enough to memorize our whole order without taking notes, not missing a thing. The only complaint I can dig up is about the milkshakes, since the candy pieces were a bit too big for the straw and the price was like $7. Was super tasty though.

My new girlfriend and I ate at the Big Apple diner and I got to say I was thoroughly impressed! They were very busy but we didn't have to wait long for our food. The food was top-of-the-line and very very good. The diner even made each of us a milkshake to go. The food portions were very good I couldn't even eat all of mine. As far as prices go, I'd have to say it was comparable to anywhere else. . I would certainly go back again!

I had take out. The first staffer was helpful and showed me where to go. I was greeted again by a nice lady who told me it'd be just a minute before a take out person came out. 2 seconds later, a takeout gal came out with my food, took my payment, and I was out.
The food was excellent! Takeout steak is questionable to most steak eaters. But let me say, the steak was fantastic! Loved it.
