This place is messed up.
The front office is not wheelchair friendly and the staff are not ok with the disabled. My husband had multiple strokes and the staff treated him so poorly with his disabilities. He had spilled some popcorn on the floor and the management nearly had a cow and yelled at us.We had to clean it up ourselves within the hour, not the maid, or else we would be kicked out and we needed to extend our stay because our house flooded and the carpet was going to be another couple of days before it was going to be done. We found roaches and crickets when we plugged in the fridges. The handcap room wasn't wheelchair friendly either and there was only one room for disabled people. The only thing I can say that was good was the AC unit and ice machine. The toilet rocked from not being bolted down and the shower head kept sliding down and wouldn't stay locked in and the towels were hard and scratchy like jail wool blankets. Also, we couldn't have visitors make any kind of noise what so ever and I guess you can't walk outside the rooms without a cop being called. My husband used his wheelchair to help him balance to walk to the ice machine and I guess his feet shuffling made too much noise and a cop was called. The owners are just rude, uncaring towards customers, and a bit racist. I would not recommend anyone with kids to stay here. But then again I wouldn't recommend anybody stay here. Oh, they have a sign that says dog run but that's a lie because they also are not pet friendly too. I would rather sleep in a tent in the riverbed than stay here again.

Fist off the room I booked off of Expedia was supposed to be pet friendly and have a queen size bed. Paid $356.00 for 2 people for 4 nights. When we checked in we had to pay $120.00 extra for a room with a king size bed because they didn't have anymore queen pet friendly rooms available. The front desk person was rude and we were told that we could not have any visitors because we are from the same town that the motel is in. He said that he usually does not rent rooms to people that live here because they always have visitors and they cause problems and trash the rooms. The room was decent I liked it except for the metal part around the bottom of the bed, every time you move it make this awfully loud noise. I know the rooms next to us could hear it because I could hear the same noise from there rooms. I didn't like that the security latch that stops anyone from entering was busted off. So didn't feel very safe.

Booked this room for a last minute job during the week, but only ended up needing to stay one night and the owner did not agree to issuing a refund for the remaining four nights despite the room being available to book to another customer with the justification that if an individual wanted to book it for the full five nights that they were no longer able to do that despite the room being available for another four nights. Owner and staff was not accommodating and are looking to take your money with no understanding as to last-minute changes or emergencies. Do not book at this hotel because it is not worth losing out on your money for service that is rude and rooms that are not even up to standard. Even if you booked through Expedia, there is nothing that they can do against these unreasonable policies.

Do not book here!

Tried leaving a review on Expedia but was rejected so I'm here. I booked this location by mistake because I was kicked to a new area when looking at places near me. I realized the location wasn't feasible within minutes of booking and called to cancel. Expedia was willing to proceed with a refund with the cooperation of the hotel. The hotel refused. Absolutely unwilling to cancel, move dates, credit anything for a booking there was 0% chance I would be able to use. Expedia rep apologized for their unwillingness to help and said their hands were tied. I was charged anyway for a room I wasn't able to use. I called the hotel directly after receiving the news and got a rude and disinterested person on the phone. Wouldn't begin to hear me out and shut me down when trying to explain.

Do not go here unless you like dirty, bug ridden, nothing working properly, overpriced rooms. Also if you want your things stolen 2 days in a row but only 1 out of 3 things returned to you it’s a great deal.

Also the customer service is really amazing, when you are trying to inquire about the events you get hung up on multiple times and told there is no one you can speak to about it.

But don’t worry! THEY said their housekeepers don’t steal. Even tho I had to get my charger back from them the day before check out.

Went for the mid-state fair in July. The room i stayed in was extremely hot, I had an upstairs room. the restroom was like a sauna , regardless if you shower in cold water. It was so bad I woke up at 430am and decided to drive home to cool down.

We got here last night and had to use the outside registration which was fine. We were told the total would be $90 but I got charged $130, although I know there are taxes, a final total would have been nice before charging my card. My son and I got to the room and the key wouldn't work. I went back to the registration desk and he came to our room and tried his key and it didn't work either (room 124) and said he had to reset it. In the meantime he gave us the room next door, 126. I was impressed with the high ceilings, fan, the AC worked perfectly, the bed was huge and although I didn't use the fridge, they did have one. Bathroom was nice. Could definitely hear EVERYTHING including sex going on in our room next door, twice 😲 😱 So yeah, luckily my son was asleep so I didn't have to explain anything. Bed was comfortable. Would probably sleep there again as it's one of the cheaper places. I would definitely pack earplugs and melotonin.
