Bed really comfortable, decent view, heater quiet, hotel quiet at night. We stayed upstairs (there is an elevator) near one of the stairwells. I’d recommend getting a room in the back of the hotel, at the opposite end from the lobby. If you sleep in, once people start having breakfast, the sound drifts upstairs, so best to be away from the stairways. Breakfast was decent, and they had run out of biscuits when we came down, so they baked a fresh batch just for us, which were delicious.

What a great hotel. Very nice rooms, very clean. The Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Stayed five days and complimentary breakfasts were amazing. They served something different each day and all was delicious. Really appreciated that they had almond milk, and oatmilk available at breakfast. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

I booked a room at the Best Western in Gig Harbor, Washington on March 15th for one night and I was thoroughly impressed with the front desk associate named Chris. He couldn't find my reservation because I had accidentally booked it in my guests name but Chris figured it out and he even let me check in early without charging me any additional money. Way to go Chris thank you very much!!! Chris was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk to and I believe that he deserves a raise in pay.

This is a home away from home for me. Trust is consistency and i can always trust
To have a safe, secure place to stay. I am always welcomed back. Food in the morning is great. The staff is local and knows the area if you have questions. Pet friendly. Welcomed my dogs like family. Walking trails surround property.

We chose to stay here to get some rest prior to procedure in Gig Harbor. Everything was fine except one thing the bed! This was the worst bed I have ever slept on in my travels/hotel stays. It was extremely soft and would sink in the middle. I was surprised since everything else with room was great. Unfortunately I did not sleep at all.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE = so nice. Loved the ambience at Christmastime: tree in lobby, fresh cookies, nativity set figurines at the top of the main stairs made me feel at home, Christmas party with Santa to raise money for foster kids. Rooms were updated and super clean (and spacious!!!). Loved the fireplace and windows. Felt welcome here each time we walked back into the lobby. Quiet, comfortable, and safe. Beautiful trees. Great location, too. Easy parking. This hotel and its staff made me loyal to them.

Friendly staff. Good beds. Clean. Good place to stay. Beds are comfortable. Lots of pillows. Nice lobby where you can sit and visit. Coffee, water, cookies available. Limited breakfast. If you're visiting Gig Harbor this is an excellent place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay for our second time here. The king suit room was plenty of space and the furnishings were great for our uses.
Special thanks to the front desk and management for being accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. It is a very convenient and safe feeling location for some local businesses and we will definitely be staying again when we need to.
