A nice, quiet place to stay and rest. Room was clean and comfy. Front desk is friendly and helpful. There were free cookies at the front desk at check-in; yum! Breakfast is standard hotel fare, nothing special, but serviceable. Overall, a good experience.

Upon checkin I was told that we could use our key card at 2 different restaurants for10% off our meal near the hotel so we went to dinner and walked around and came back to our room and a very pleasant smell to our room. Very polite customer service and the food service lady was very polite. We will be returning for another night😁

Front desk staff was great, love the beverage station with all the different hot teas and the infused water! Room was clean, bed comfortable, loved that there was a wireless phone charger on the lamp. The whole place just felt cozy and quiet. Will definitely stay there again while in Olympia for events.

Very quiet and very clean. The shower could of had better pressure but stayed hot so I'm happy. Breakfast was good as well and staff was very helpful and nice

My family and I have stayed in over a handful of Best Westerns throughout Washington State recently due to unforeseen circumstances but this one has been the worst overall. We had a dog and I read in the reviews/online that they have designated/limited number of pet rooms unlike most we’ve stayed at. Which is fine but the first room we were given was AWFUL. We had a long drive and I really needed to use the restroom after check in so I hurried in our room to use it and almost fell to the floor because the toilet seat wasn’t screwed in. I had also immediately noticed the carpet was super damp? As well as a STRONG odor from the room upon entering but my sense of smell is quite strong so I thought maybe I’m being dramatic. But my husband walks in and also notices the smell. It’s cat urine and it’s awful. It smelled like a cat had peed/sprayed in multiple areas and there was no attempt to clean it. My husband suggested just maybe all the pet rooms are like this. And since it was late and we had only planned to stay for one night we tried to ignore it. We laid down in the bed and the smell got stronger. My husband looked behind the bed and there was cat urine all down the wall right behind our heads, yuck! I went to the front desk to change rooms because obviously that’s disgusting, the guy was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, our next room wasn’t much better. This room across the hall smelled like it had been a smoking room, was musty, and attempted to be masked by a strong air freshener. It was so strong/gross. Replacing the carpet or putting down a different type of floor would probably help tremendously. We had to leave the window open while we were in the room. So all that to say, our stay was not the best. But here are some pros:
-The pet rooms were right beside a door for easy access to walk our dog
-As much as the room sucked, the comforter on the bed was fantastic. It was soft and thick and cozy.
-The guy at the front desk was kind
-They had laundry on site but it was a bit pricey-er than other best westerns in the area. Most are $1-2 this one was $2.75
-The breakfast was pretty decent

I enjoyed my stay here. They were friendly and accommodating in our early check in they are respectful of your privacy. The breakfast was delicious and we had plenty for all the guests. The rooms were nice and clean and the noise from the rooms around us didn't carry so it was nice and quiet. Easy to find and parking was good hey also have wheelchair access to the entire hotel.

Nice and quiet spot to stay. Rooms are cozy. Not perfect, but definitely worth the money.
