We stayed here two nights. Once at the beginning of our vacation ( had an early morning flight) and then another night at the end of our break ( late night arrival). Hotel was basic but clean. First stay we had a room on the 2nd floor. This room felt bigger than our room on the ground floor. Both were rooms very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. ||Breakfast was good. Buffet style. There’s eggs, pancake, various breads muffin, yogurt and coffee. Pretty decent spread. When we ate the first time it was around 6 am. Super crowded with local workers. Second stay we ate at 8 ish. This time was much more relaxing and not overly full. ||There’s vending machines and Ice machine on each floor.||Would definitely choose Best Western again if we are travelling out of Seatac.

Excellent value for location close to the airport. So easy to find from the car rental facility. Very nice pool and hot tub. The free breakfast was great and it is available from 3 am on for grab and go. At 6 am they offer a nice hot breakfast. It is a basic hotel but has everything you need.

Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The pool, hot tub, and games room was a nice feature. The hot breakfast was awesome. We will most definitely stay here again.

The place is a bit outdated BUT you can tell they keep it very clean. The staff are all super friendly and helpful! The location is very convenient given you’re right next to the airport and the light rail. The light rail will take you right into the city for only $6 bucks per person each way. Their airport shuttle will take/and pick you up from the light rail saving you on uber/taxi costs to get into the city. It was so convenient. With being so close to the airport, it’s a given to hear the planes. The pool is nice and opens early and doesn’t close till late. We liked being able to play table tennis. The breakfast is a basic hotel breakfast with pancakes, eggs, cereal, toast, bagel, oatmeal, etc… type options, no complaints. I’d definitely stay here again.

Check in was fast and friendly. Every place in the hotel was clean and maintained. The pool was a good temp and well lighted. There was a game area with ping pong, card tables, shuffleboard table, and Foosball. Airport noise was only slightly noticed. Good value for money. Breakfast was nice, food choices good and hot food.

The overall experience was ok, the staff if nice and the rooms are ok, although outdated. BUT If you’re a light sleeper like me, the constant airplanes are not as quiet as others mentioned, and the fridge and AC took turns all night making noise, so don’t expect a full night sleep.
Breakfast was good, from 6 to 9.
We couldn’t hear the rooms next to us but people on the hallway could be loudly heard.

This was my third visit to this hotel. It's clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great with lots of selection.

There are no restaurants within walking distance but they had flyers for two locally-owned places that delivered a tasty meal right to my room.

I phoned for shuttle pick-up from the airport and both drivers were excellent and welcoming.

It's great value for the money.

Pros: Complimentary 24 hour airport shuttle, onsite parking, and breakfast. Limited items 3am to 6am. Hot foods after 6am. ||Cons:|No restaurants within walking distance, area is very commercial and pedestrian unfriendly. Would not walk around this area at night. |On this particular night I did encounter a confusing to turn on TV, and two broken electrical outlets. Also when I went out to load up my car, there was a person walking around the cars smoking marijuana. Not sure if he was a hotel guest or just someone off the street.
