Have stayed multiple times and it is always consistent. Clean, well kept with a friendly out going staff. Pet friendly and convenient location. Rooms are large and it's quiet. The included breakfast is amazing with anything you could want including a build your own omelette station, and make your own waffles. I'm sure I will stay again in

This is our third multi-night stay at this location. We go because the 10-year-old grandson loves to get away from Spokane to use the pool and we grandparents do also. The pool, hot tub, and sauna have always been functioning as has the exercise room. We all also love the breakfast buffet and the wonderful folks who staff it. On previous occasions we have also enjoyed evening dining in the lounge where the food and desserts were excellent and the service enjoyable. The rooms are impeccable and any issues that may occur are readily resolved by willing and enthusiastic staff. This hotel is immediately adjacent to the Pasco airport, just a few minutes for the shuttle to drop you at the front entrance. It is only a couple blocks off freeway, minutes from multiple dining options of all sorts in Pasco and only several minutes to both downtown Kennewick and downtown Richland, as well as the Columbia Center Mall and surrounding shopping district. We will be back…

Beds were very comfortable (especially the pillows) and staff very friendly. Nice accommodations and very clean. Complimentary breakfast was with a nice variety. Restaurant had a nice menu and great happy hour prices. We will be back again, thank you!

This hotel is consistently 5 out of 5. The location is near the airport and convenient to Tri-Cities. Airport pickup is great. The hotel is attractive, rooms are well-decorated and spacious, and staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is too-notch with many delicious hot and cold choices, lovely fresh fruit, freshly baked muffins and nice bread choices, a staffed omelette bar, ample, comfortable seating. All items are proactively replenished. Everything is sparkling clean. Juana (omelette bar) greets everyone with a smile and makes customized omelettes/ egg dishes and goes above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is perfect. I didn’t eat at the onsite restaurant this trip, but have often enjoyed evening meals there in the past. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym are nice too.

Im in the military and I stay at Best Westerns all over the country. This is best Best Western I have stayed in. Rooms seemed well insulated for sound. Even on a Saturday night near an airport. Restaurants was clean and bar was amazing. Steak was cooked perfect. Sauna, hot tub and pool! Maybe a little better wine selection would be my only nitpick.

Amazing and extremely friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. We loved it here! The only con was on our 2nd and 3rd night there were a group of police officers staying above us and they sounded like a heard of elephants above us all.night.long, so we got very minimal sleep those nights. I hope that in the future the hotel can put a group that is up all hours of the night on the first floor.

Positive: Clean hotel and extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating. Shuttle service was on demand and quick. Breakfast had many options. Negative: We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip. Our flight was cancelled and we were able to book the last room. On our initial stay, was great. The second stay, the room was musty smelling and a little louder mechanically. Maintenance room nearby?

The Inn is very clean and well-run. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and free of any odors. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, with ample parking available. The breakfast was exceptional—better than anything I’ve experienced in years! An attendant was on-site to prepare made-to-order omelets, which was a fantastic touch.
