Stayed here for the weekend and I really enjoyed my stay. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, nice breakfast area and selection, great location, nice fitness room and nice pool/spa area. From the check-in staff to the housekeepers everyone was so nice. Only thing I didn't like was the smell from the sink drain very strong. When your washing your hands the smell of the drain just spreads. Not enough to knock a star though. I would definitely stay again.

Quite possibly the worst trip ever. We arrived to find they changed our room from 2 Queens to a King and a sofa bed. No prior notice. They were unable to accommodate us by giving us the room we paid for. So King and sofa bed it was. We arrived to find the king bed unmade and filthy. It appeared as someone had taken a nap in our bed with their shoes on. So back we go to ask for maid service. Apparently they have no maid but the front desk gentleman offered to clean our room or we could cancel. ( He doubles in cleaning! Lucky for us!) We hung out in the lobby for approximately 45 minutes with our bags while he cleaned and at least two families came to the desk to complain about the pool noise and volume of kids. The front desk apologized as 3 different baseball teams were staying at the hotel. So we were bumped because they overbooked? When we got to our room (looks clean!) I started to make up the sofa bed but sans sheets!? I had to call again to ask for bedding (I asked for extra due to the condition of the mattress). Just settled down. Hope bed comfort and continental breakfast makes up for the sad disregard of us as patrons…

This BW is in a great location to get to anywhere. The room was warm & spacious with a great view from the 4th floor. The t.v. worked clear & great, shower was warm enough & the breakfast was good. There were more options than most of the BW we have gone to. The staff all around were very friendly, especially Amy who met us upon arrival. She greeted us as a friend & was willing to answer any questions we had.

The bed was so comfortable along with the couch and chair. Close to Vancouver Mall for some great shopping. Warm cookies each night in the lobby. We always stay here when we are visiting the area. It has a wonderful breakfast each morning. It is our home away from home when we are visiting our Granddaughter and her family.

Spent 4 nights with our young toddler. Overall good experience: comfortable bed, big room, great blackout curtains. We had a pack n’ play for us, but that part was a little difficult. The first one provided was not working right, and 2nd provided had no sheets that would fit it. Luckily we had a friend nearby who was able to help us with a sheet.||Hotel has a a pool/jacuzzi/sauna which are all great (we were alone when we went!). Breakfast has a lot of options, even as a vegetarian. ||Hotel is close to the highway (and obviously the mall) so it’s quite convenient.

Service was great. Room was clean and well taken care of. My issue wasn't the parking or that it was next to a busy highway. The noise eh whatever. Plenty of parking. If you aren't coming in from a specific way you are either kamikaze-ing across a sometimes busy road on a left turn or driving through a gas station and strip mall to get to the parking lot. Other than that it was a decent one night stay.

Larry, specifically Larry needs the best review. He was the kindest most down to earth 🌎 employee I've ever met. We were down on our luck and had a situation that he helped us figure out. He went above and beyond to help us out. He checked on us as we came and left the hotel. Always smiling and being helpful. Please give Larry a big fat promotion or employeeof the month or something. My husband and I travel often and always stay at best western. Last week in California we had shitty service, but this week in Washington we were treated so nicely by Larry! I mostly review my complaints but this time it's a great review because I want him recognized for providing such great genuine service. Larry, thank you!

Stayed for 2 nights on work trip. 1st morning breakfast wasn't ready and cook was late. 2nd morning the eggs were gone at 7 am. They made more, which I was thankful for, being a work trip and not wanting to pay to go to McD's. They were all very nice. Just seemed very unorganized in AM.
Also they couldn't figure out how to put my stay on my rewards points without my member number. I don't know it, so it was never credited.
However, everything else was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Not trying to be negative. Just some constructive criticism. Will stay again.
