The rooms were great, and Lily at the front desk was very warm and kind. We were only there one night, so didn’t get to check out the pool although it looked quite inviting! The breakfast selection was very nicely put together and every space we were in was super tidy and clean! My sister in law left my scarf in the room by accident, and with calling several times, a different gal at the front desk (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) went through the list and found and found it! So my deep deep thanks to the housekeeping staff for turning it in!!Every time I called, the desk staff was super warm and friendly and when I went to pick up my scarf, Lily remembered me! Great service. We will definitely stay again!!

Lily totally listen to our dilemma with kindness and sincerity and refunded our room. My daughter had literally booked us a room seconds before. It’s that kind of customer service. You just don’t see anymore. What I did see of the hotel, it looks like a great place to stay

We were in town for Thanksgiving with family. They all piled in our daughter's house, and we enjoyed having a great, quiet sleeping experience to ourselves! It made grandpa & gramma more refreshed, lol. -- The service was a solid FIVE STARS with no complaint whatsoever. From the cheerful employees to the cleanliness & comfiness, to the amazing breakfast - and delish coffee(!!) - - Oh, and the grandkids loved the pool. The location is super convenient too. WE HAVE ONLY GREAT THINGS TO SAY!

Having to be roomed here due to situations out of our control, it's definitely not meant or designed for longer stays.... breakfast folks were usually really nice. Most of the staff was awesome for the most part. Housekeepers, not so much.... won't go into too many details, but being accused of something absolutely asinine is ridiculous.... but it's not a bad hotel for a business stay.

I have stayed over one thousand nights in hotels since nineteen ninety seven and have seen every breakfast you can imagine. The breakfast at the Spokane North facility is hands down the best I have ever had. Quality is good, cooked to perfection, presentation awesome and cleaned and maintained through the morning. This is my go to Spokane hotel and I recommend to everyone and thank you for giving me such a great value. I don’t know how to get this to Corporate but they need to know that this is an important value when you have to be away from home

We've stayed here from way back in the days when it was a Ramada. This most recent stay was great as the room we had was in the perfect location and was exceptionally roomy. Next time we're down, I'll be asking if this room is available. The front desk staff are super friendly, rooms are clean, and the overall condition of the hotel is decent. We usually don't eat here in the morning, but it's nice to pop by and grab a juice or coffee on our way out. We'll be back for sure.

Friendly, welcoming and professional staff! CLEAN room and breakfast area. Lots of breakfast options. The only negative thing was the smelly, perfumes in the hallways. Probably trying to mask smells. I think an air purifier would be a better, non-toxic option. Overall, one of the best BW’s I’ve stayed in!

The hotel was lovely from|Start to finish! I’m very picky and fussy about cleanliness had zero issue at this hotel! The staff was great very welcoming and friendly! The services were great! The room we had was a king suit the bed was cozy and clean! The lobby was super cute lots of places to sit and relax beautiful fire place area. Loved that they offered a 24/7 coffee station with lots of choices the coffee was good! The breakfast was great lots of choices! They had the lobby decorated for fall/ Halloween which was tasty full done and cute! Felt homey. Lots of shopping and restaurants with in walking distance. 10/10! Would and will go back!
