The rooms were nice. The hotel staff gave a group that arrived after us a key to the same room, luckily I heard them talking outside and met them at the door, so none of us were too startled. There were a lot of people outside wandering around all night. I first noticed when we arrived. Then again when I went to the office to get a new key card. At one point I went down to the car to check for something and it seems like there was a small party outside around 1 a.m.
We had arrived late and some of the closest places were closed so I walked to the nearest gas station to find a snack. They were closed because of a car wash fire on a previous day (hotel can't control that, but that's one reason for the lower location star). I walked a little further but I couldn't see anything open. When I came back I was approached by one of the people outside. It was unclear if he was trying to buy something from me or sell me something, but I couldn't see any good coming from it and brushed him off. I know it's really hard for a business to have any kind of say in something like this, but it's really a let down when the area turns out to be this way.
On a positive note, the room price was not bad, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning had so many choices. The staff was helpful.

Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are immaculately kept and comfortable. I have traveled to Sacramento for work for a year straight in many bed and breakfast which like rolling the dice. This establishment is top notch in the hotel industry for this area.

I stayed there in the last week of Nov, 24 for 4 days. They gave me a room with a sagging bed which was really uncomfortable. The front desk guy in the morning shift and a girl in the evening shift were rude to me. Both of them shouldn't be working in the hospitality service. I requested housekeeping for my room and nobody showed up. I went to front desk to take some towels and the lady gave me only one with a very unpleasant behavior and said they are still doing laundry. Try to avoid this trash place. Wish I could give them a zero.

We were not satisfied with room 111 because it had a terrible smell, similar to weed or meth. We politely asked a staff member if we could move to another room, but she informed us that there were no available rooms for the night. She did provide us with an unscented spray to use in the room, but unfortunately, the odor was still strong.

So in my first room when I get in there I open the refrigerator cockroach comes out I kill it. Later that night I went to the bathroom turned on the light there was a cockroach on the roll of toilet paper. When I went to retrieve my phone that road should ran away but there were two others in the bathtub. I told the front desk they switched me rooms. Fast forward I get into the second room go to take a shower and there is an old bar soap complete with hair in the shower. The shower curtain was not long enough and kept coming out of the tub so I had to clean up water from that no I am not a wild shower. While I was showering I start looking at the walls and there is black mold.

The positives I can say about this hotel extremely friendly staff the breakfast was decent. The location has a fair amount of transience that will bug you in the parking lot other than that not too bad.

Roaches in the first room. Dirty bars of soap left in the second room. Bed is on a thin metal frame and aounds like you kicked a file cabinet when you get in. Shower curtain doesnt stay in tub (too short). Staff were extremely friendly though. Breakfast wasn't too shabby. The area is a little creepy next to a closed donation bin which frequently gets rifled through by local transients. |Depending on the side of the hotel it's extremely noisy.

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel and left within five minutes of checking in. The overall experience was highly disappointing, starting with the parking lot, which felt unsafe, particularly at night. The front desk staff were uncommunicative and gave our group an uncomfortable feeling upon arrival.

Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by an unpleasant odor, resembling sour milk and cigarette smoke. The room appeared to have not been properly cleaned, as we found stains on the sheets, hair in the bedding, ants in the bathroom, and what appeared to be rat or cockroach droppings under the bed. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

When we checked out, the staff member at the front desk simply gave us a thumbs-up without asking about our stay or addressing any concerns. Additionally, while loading our belongings into the car, we noticed a man on the second floor watching us closely. As we left the premises, he was standing just a few stalls away from our car, which further added to our unease.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The photos on Google are misleading and do not accurately represent the condition of the property.

I stay at Best Western hotels almost exclusively. The Best Western Plus Rancho Cordova Inn is the worst that I have ever stayed in. The first room that I was assigned to smelled intensely of Curry. The second room had a TV remote that didn't work. The minifridge was just placed on the floor next to the cabinet. The "office" chair was stuck under the desk. There were no regular caffeinated Keurig pods, only decaf and tea. I'll probably continue to stay at other Best Western hotels as I have previously been satisfied. I just won't be staying at this one.
