I was greeted by an attentive
Young man named Nathan, he was very professional and took very good care of myself and my family. He made sure that we were well taken care of and our accommodations were perfect, it is well maintained and clean!! It was enjoyable for the family with the pool and jacuzzi not to mention the hot breakfast that was served. Overall it was a great place to stay!!

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Kudos to Nathan at the front desk. I mentioned I was staying for 2 weeks, and he immediately asked if I would like an extra supply of coffee pods for the room so I would not have to ask for them every other day. I said yes, and he happily provided me with a good supply. I really appreciated his initiative and customer service.

My month-long stay at Best Western has been awsome and has exceded all my expectations. Nathan has done an excellent job of fulfilling my requests and has been very helpful. When ever I see him he asks if there is anything I need to make my stay better.

The rest of staff at Best Western have been great as well. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk has always been ready to assist with any requests or inquiries, and their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay is evident. The housekeeping and maintenance teams are equally impressive. My stay at Best Western has been nothing short of perfect. The combination of excellent accommodation and outstanding service has made it a memorable experience.

Nathan was very professional and helped me out with checking in! Very awesome guy! The room is very well maintained and very spacious. It is very quiet and the breakfast is amazing. I would definitely recommend somebody traveling to Barstow to stay here.

Nathan was very helpful by making sure my family and I were comfortable with our check in. He made sure that we got everything we needed to enjoy our evening stay. He also went above and beyond by walking us to the laundry so we would not get lost on the 3 floor. He listened to our needs he was not rude at all and has a very great customer service.

Big shout out to Adele! Out of all the hotels I have stayed in over the years she has been by far one of the MOST welcoming. You can tell she genuinely loves her job. I had a great stay because of her.

The front staff double-booked our room upon check-in (we had an existing reservation). We discovered this five minutes later when we checked the credit card. We went back to the front desk to explain, but were told the reservation could not be cancelled, and there was nothing she could do. ||||We were told to come back the next morning at 7 AM. Problem is, we were planning an early checkout before 6 AM.||||The attitude of the front staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. When I said I would have no choice but to leave the hotel a bad review, the answer was that she could not care less.||||With that kind of attitude and customer service, why should I choose Best Western the next time I need a hotel?||||Moving on to the stay itself, I was not impressed. The bathroom was freezing cold for some reason. The shower was really crusty. And the light in the bathroom was controlled by a motion sensor, so I found myself showering in the dark. The bed also wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, the room was OK, with a chair, a desk, a fridge, a TV and a coffee maker.
