We've been staying here each time we visit family, because they're wonderful! The pool is fun, jacuzzi is relaxing, and beds are very comfy. Plus the staff treat us like family (they really, honestly DO!), and the free banquet breakfasts are clean and delicious. I'd recommend them to everyone!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Venessa, super sweet kind and helpful. Chun offered us extra service when we needed help in our room with vacuuming. Mercedes was a friendly face to come back to every evening , she always had kind welcoming words for us.|Manne and Carla went above and beyond with breakfast burritos that had homemade chorizo and eggs. |As we checked out this morning Lucia helped us with the redemption of our accrued gift cards she was knowledgeable, efficient and extra kind. Thank you BW Family!!

This place has BEDBUGS. AVOID it.

My friend and I lived on night at this place. We didn't find anything wrong at the first glance. But the next morning when we wake up, I noticed a bedbug crawling on my bed. Reading through the other reviews, I realized that this place had bedbug problems before. Seems that they are still having it. Now I'm super worried about bringing it home.
The front desk didn't say much about it, they only offered a 50% discount, which is ridiculous. The items I need to throw off worth way more than that. I have a whole new set of ski/boots that I don't know what to do with, which are worth more than 2000 bucks. Not to mention the other clothes.

This hotel is the best !! I have never felt more comfortable, easy parking I have a disabled child and it was smooth all the way to the room felt at home! People were friendly pool was amazing I've stayed many hotels my son is autistic and loves to swim, after our stay here we will be only coming here 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Stay for a sport tournament. The staff was excellent but the hotel felt dirty and for the price point, I would pick another hotel. Location was very good for our event in Fife/Tacoma, close to Hwy entrance. Train tracks are close by but only came through a few times at night so that may be a issue for some.

Very nicely appointed rooms and quiet, comfortable stay. The hotel is near a freeway but the noise is very muted in the hotel. The reception staff was super nice and the breakfast was quite good. They offered to make an egg and chorizo burrito which was delicious. The yogurt machine did not work - but not a real issue. Apparently you can access the pool 24 hours - but we did not use it. Nor did we use the gym but it was better than average (from what I saw) than most hotel gyms. If we are back in this area, this is where we will stay.

Came in at one in the morning, front desk was very nice and considerate. Especially since there was confusion with our third party app. Breakfast was until nine thirty, and the best hotel breakfast I ever had. So far, very happy. Haven't tried out the hot tub yet.

I had a reservation next door…they didn’t honor my reservation. I called *L , night manager at about 12:20 in the morning and she told me to come on over, she would accommodate me. I travel for work and all I need is a clean, safe place to lay my head down. *L’s customer service and making me feel welcome and taken care of in light of a situation that was not her fault or your hotel’s fault was nothing less than stellar. She made sure I was safe and could make it to my customer in the morning to train a nursing program. *L did not have to extend me any courtesies. She just did. It just so happens, the bed was amazingly comfortable, too!
