The staff at this hotel are just amazing!! They are so friendly, helpful and caring. Always welcoming us in even if I would walk out for just 15 minutes. The front desk staff are great at what they do. I had to print out some paperwork for work and Maritza helped me get those documents printed out. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had, they have a little bit of everything which made it very convenient. The rooms are really clean and they smell clean. Housekeeping was very friendly and made sure we had what we needed in the room. Management has a great team!! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was fantastic, and Maritza went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly showed she cares for her guests. I’ll definitely be coming back in the summer! Looking toward to seeing her again!

Not sure how this hotel has more than a 3 average. Front door was broken and only opened partially, great first introduction. They assigned me a room that was actively under repair. The shower drain was also clogged.

I travel for work and this is the noisiest location I have stayed at. The rooms have zero soundproofing at all. People partying in the parking lot and down the hall until 3am. Paper thin walls with a dingy interior. Use this place as a last resort.

The parking lot spaces are smaller than average, so parking is a PITA. The photos for the location are highly edited and do not match reality at all. I am pretty certain they paid for fake positive reviews.

The motel has a strange smell. Like old dirty carpet. The carpet was very old in the room and discolored. When I went to breakfast, they had a nice hot breakfast BUT there were no tongs for the meat and other items. There was one pair of tongs to be used for the French toast, sausage, eggs etc. when I used my fingers to grab a piece of meat for my dog the lady in charge of the breakfast room told me not to do that. I told her there were not separate utensils for the meat and I did not want to cross contaminate the food. She told me her boss only allowed those utensils and she was aware it was cross contaminating the food. I took a video for my YouTube channel including the fact that all the juices were out except the orange juice and she told me I was complaining about everything! I am shocked at the treatment from this employee!!! Also we were really looking forward to the hot tub since we were sore from traveling. The hot tub was cold they had recently added water and over filled it. It was not a pleasant experience. Also they were out of laundry soap. They did however have a reasonable washer and dryer at 1.50 for wash and 1.00 for dryer. You will most likely need to go somewhere else for quarters because they were out. There were a couple of people at the front desk who were welcoming and the only reason it even gets 3 stars.

It’s kinda outta the way to get there. It’s right next to freeway (I-8) so it’s VERY noisy so you gotta keep window closed. AC wasn’t the greatest, would only go down to 68° which for me is too warm for sleeping. Room itself was really good, up to date, clean and fresh smelling.

I mean…it’s ok. I accidentally booked this hotel by thinking it was a different one. It’s a little smelly. It’s LOUD. The walls are paper thin and the road noise is loud. I can hear people yelling in the parking lot. It seems to be clean but needs an overhaul. If my bed wasn’t super comfortable I would bail and cancel and go somewhere else. Ice maker on third floor is broken so I went to second floor. It smells bad down there. I would say, as a hotel snob, book elsewhere if you can.

Great place to stay at! Rooms were super clean and staff was very friendly. It was close to spots for lunch as well which was awesome!

Positive: Room and breakfast was good . Negative: We were locked out of our room on checkout day at 10:45 am even though checkout wasn?t until noon. Had to get housekeeping to let us in to get our belongings. Hotel undergoing renovations, so hallways were being painted.
